So I called first thing in the morning to see what the text was for it, and it was to go through again and let them know the issue, so I returned to the same location had the car re-washed. The back is a little cleaner, but still dirty. Seriously!? Do I need to buy a membership so that I can just drive in circles and go through the car wash multiple times every time I need it washed to make sure it's clean? I figure at this rate, it should take maybe four trip trips to the car wash before my car is truly clean.

The rest of the vehicle is soaking wet. I'm used to it and after a wash I park and wipe it down, it's something I shouldn't have to do but I live with it. The problem is in the winter it's too cold to wipe it down. You have to air dry it and what happens is all the little water droplets which are all over the vehicle dry and leave a white dot. I pay for the wash which includes the spot free rinse, well somethings coming out of the nozzles but it isn't spot free rinse or it doesn't work. I've notified Tommy's headquarters and local a while back and nothings changed.

They reviewed the claim and said there was no way they did it. I asked to see the camera footage they used to assess the claim and the general manager, Denielle, said she wouldn't show it to me and I would need a warrant or subpoena in order to see it.
