Very unhappy with the job that was done on my deck. Lots of areas left unpainted and sloppy. Did not pay attention to detail. I even sent multiple pictures stating what needed to fixed. read more

We called several contracting companies in our area and most wouldn't even come out to look at our problem. We called Ohio Home Doctor after yet another google search and Matt returned my call immediately and was out to look at our house within a day. He was so positive and told me "We can fix this!" And honestly, I about cried! His team started work which involved removing the brick on the front of our house and rebuilding our house structure almost up to the second story. We also had to do exploratory demo to see where the termites were and Matt and his crew did a thorough investigation of our house. Matt has an amazing team of guys who we felt became like family. Each one have families of their own and I loved hearing them talk about their kids and new babies while they were working. They were all professional, respectful and personable while they were here. The work Matt and his crew accomplished to our house was top notch. They restored our house when we felt our situation was so hopeless. We will always recommend Matt and his team to anyone needing restoration/remodeling work! - Valerie Hoffman, Springboro, Ohio

I asked Bobby if he installs doors--he said yes He gave me a price which was $1500 He wanted $750 up front which i gave him (big mistake) He never did give me a date or time he would start I called him-- set a date still thinking positive He arrived with two other workers They removed the doors Bobby took them and never came back the guy s were working and I assumed it was going well By the way they arrived at 12 noon Dereck appeared to be the head worker he was telling they were going to Hueston woods for bobbys daughters bday Anyway they were getting ready to leave around 2:30 - 3:30 I had forgotten to get door handles which Lowes isn't far But they were leaving they didnt clean up They took one of the screen doors to the garage That was very disturbing for me I was going to install door handles Anyway Dereck came back the next day He got to working around 9:30 I just assumed it was going well But at around 10:40 he said he had to meet his wife and then was going to Lowes for supplies he would be back in 20 min it turned into an hour and ahalf During that time i started looking at the work It was not good!!!! It became very clear that he was not a door installer Nothing lined up right And Bobby still has not come by to see how it was going Eventually i told Derek he could go Derek is a nice guy but i dont think he had much experience installing doors I had read earlier today that he Warranties his work and guarantees it and the customer satisfaction is the most important part of his company He might say that but he has shown NO customer service to me He charged me 1500 dollars for about 5 hours work and very poor work

I told the spokesman for the painting team that the nailheads were to be pretreated but was disregarded. I also sent an email to Wulfhorst Painting but to date have received no reply. It would seem that there was a lack of communication between Brad and the painting team that resulted in a partial completion of what was specified in the estimate. Therefore, I would expect a price adjustment. And I can only hope that the nailheads do not bleed through again.

A formal complaint is currently active with the State Attorney General due to…read moreundocumented business practices, false public statements against me, lack of transparency, and severe safety violations. Over the course of a week, multiple different subcontractors were sent to the property solely to take repetitive measurements, stalling actual progress. When I requested active proof of Workers' Compensation insurance and liability policies for these crews, the owner repeatedly dodged the questions, blaming "limited cell service," and later labeled me impatient for expecting the project to move forward. Most critically, the owner insisted his crew could "work around" an uninsulated, active overhead utility wire sitting inches from the roof. He explicitly instructed me not to contact AES Ohio to safely sleeve or drop the hazardous service line, prioritizing project speed over lethal site safety. Following my original Google review, the owner publicly posted false personal statements online to discredit my character, claiming I failed to pay a contractually required deposit. He has also publicly claimed he never instructed his crew to work around the live wire--a complete falsehood that I have documented screenshot proof of. Furthermore, he is twisting the timeline of a homeowners insurance claim that I personally withdrew upon realizing a mistake, attempting to falsely imply the insurer denied it to make me look dishonest. The written contract and text records contradict his public claims entirely.
