Nope, never again. I made an appointment well in advance for my 80 year old mom to have an acrylic fill and a pedicure. We showed up on time and got right in for the first service, the pedi. Service was mediocre, but that was fine. What was NOT fine, was when the technician finished the pedi, she walked away without saying anything about her next appointment (the fill) and we proceeded to wait, for almost an hour wondering when my mom's next service was to take place (reminder: we booked both services well in advance together). My mom was confused as to why we were just sitting in the pedi chair with no update, I went to the front desk to inquire, and the young clerk said nothing more than, "yep, she has a fill scheduled". Well duh! No one communicated a delay, no one mentioned a schedule issue, no apologies, they just let an 80 year old lady sit there confused, while everyone just walked past us like we were invisible. Finally after an hour we had enough, we started getting our jackets on to head out this place, it was only THEN, when they realized that $$$ was about to walk out the door, THEN there was the mad scramble to seat her for her service. Unacceptable. At this time, I was 100% tempted to tell them what they could do with their service, but because it was my mom and it was important to her, she had her fill. To JT Nails, you didn't honor your reservation, and you disregarded and upset an 80 year old woman. I am generally a huge tipper, but at this time, here are the tips I can offer: old ladies matter. Keeping appointments matter. Consideration matters. Communication matters. Apologies for cruddy service matters. First impressions matter, and job well done. I could not wait to get out of there and never return. read more

Went in to have a gel manicure and a pedicure. The appointment was so rushed. For starters my pedicure lasted appprox 10 minutes. There was no foot scrub, no cuticle trilling, barely any exfoliation of my feet. Then the gel mani was also very rushed. Not sure the I Truman's were even properly cleaned. They were pulled out a caddy the tech carried around. No such thing and an auto claved peel pack in the salon. I was rushed in and out of the salon in 40 minutes. read more

I visited JT Naila for the first time yesterday. I was please to walk into an extremely clean and relaxing atmosphere. I was met by a lovely girl who asked if I had a color in mind and helped me find what I was looking for. My nail tech was Sandra. I cannot say enough about the quality of work that she did. Her attention to detail is absolutely amazing. I showed her an inspiration pic and she nailed it! I am in love with the nails that were done. 10/10 will be seeing Sandra again! read more

I went in for a fill and they recommended a new set. I agreed and asked for very square nails with a French design. My left hand ring finger nail is completely crooked. The design is not the same for each nail. They didn't file underneath to smooth them out. And there is nail polish all over my fingers. I paid 100.00 dollars. When l went back in they didn't care. I will never ever go back there again. The owner offered for the same girl to fix my nails. Why she obviously is new so if you knew l had long nails why would you give her me? My thumbs are longer than every other nail. read more

Gel manicure chipping/peeling within a week. Wasn't helped by the fact that nail tech filed nails again after polish was cured. Never had anyone do that unless maybe it's a dip but most places go out of their way to coat the nail tip well to ensure longevity. Also noticed bubbles in the coat after giving it a good look. I'm always happy with my pedi/mani. However, last weekend the receptionist had a horrible cold and not wearing a mask. I told her not to breathe on me and to please wear a mask. She didn't...perhaps didn't have one, but should have stayed home or taken measures to protect customers. The bar code was not available for me to leave the technician a tip so she handled my phone to enter the info. Ugh! exposed to more germs. read more

Been there twice now and both times they tried to charge extra for services. The first time I was told the "owner" charges her own price despite what the price chart shows. I mean is that fair?! The second time they tried to charge extra for shaping an"almond" nail into an "almond" nail. Isn't the shape part of the process when they ask "what shape do you want". they do a great job with the nails but I dont appreciate being jerked around and nickeled and dimed for every part of the process mill be going back to OPJ! read more

I really wanted to love this place, but sadly I won't not be returning. This location came highly recommended as I am new to area. I scheduled an appointment online with the preferred, recommended technician. The appointment was confirmed via text. However, when I arrived, I was assigned to someone else without any regard for my scheduled appointment; and the person with whom I had the appointment scheduled with, was in the building--though I was told she was leaving early. I was also told that though I selected my preferred technician online that it was not guaranteed because the selection was made online. That literally makes no sense. Why allow people to make their own selections if they're not guaranteed? I would not have had a problem using someone else, but the fact that the change was made and I was not asked if I was okay with the change was extremely unprofessional. Next, the technician completed my pedicure and did a decent job. However, my dip manicure was a complete disaster. After one coat of clear dip, I mentioned to the tech that I did not like the appearance of "thick nails". The tech assured me that he knew how to make the nails "look natural"'( these were my natural nails, not tips). As I was not familiar with his technique, I allowed him to to do his job and believed that he could make my natural nails look natural. Instead, he proceeded to put multiple coats of dip on my nails to the point where it was impossible to file the nails down to look natural. Within one week, my nails were growing out and the dip was bulging as if I'd had the dip on for weeks.. which I knew from experience would happen with that many layers of dip. On the positive side, the place is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of parking. Additionally, they have multiple colors to choose from. I would just be aware when scheduling. If you notice that the same person keeps coming up with available appointments while the others are always booked, that might signal that the technician's abilities might not be comparable to that of his peers. read more

I've been getting dip manicures for about 2 years now. Went to JT nails because my old salon was too far away after I moved. Had my nails done by Ty. Notice that there was a big gap in the nail bed after only 5 days, when manicures typically last me a week and a half. Went back to get my manicure done after only 5 days and mentioned this issue to the receptionist. The receptionist was very sweet and was going to not charge me for the manicure. Here comes Ty, trying to convince me that there wasn't much grow out in my nail bed. After I told her that they always last me 10 days, she turns around and starts talking crap about me to the receptionist. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced and was surreal. That's okay because I found a place right down the street. That's fantastic. read more

I'm not a huge Yelp person and I rarely leave reviews, but this was hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. I get pedis regularly and have tried SO many places. They have a lot of pedicures to choose from. I went with the luxury and I had Jenny. There were so many different products used and the massages were AMAZING. She was also super meticulous and made sure my toes looked perfect. I was nervous coming here because of other reviews I had seen but between the amazing pedicure and just the overall cleanliness and relaxing environment... I'll 100% be back! read more
