I was looking for an alignment shop and came across so many in near my area but decided to drive a little down to JSpec Specialties. I've been hearing noises and noticed my tires were getting eaten up while driving. As soon as I get there, Justin was super welcoming and friendly. He was super busy but took the time out of his day to take a look at my car, inspect it and inform me about what he does and how he aligns vehicles. Upon a quick inspection, he noticed I had a some things broken and out of place. Wheels looked uneven and I had broken/worn camber arms. He advised that I fix/replace those things before I get an alignment. He gave me options, brands, price differences, and differences in quality between products that I can purchase according to my driving style. Most shops would have done the alignment, send me somewhere else, or not be helpful. He's checked up with me and let me know his schedule just in case I still wanted to book. 2 weeks later, I set an appointment and got my alignment 7/27. You're not just getting an alignment here, you're getting to experience the whole process instead of just sitting in a waiting a waiting room hoping the alignment shop got you dialed in. He shows you what he does, what you need, or where you're when it comes to alignment. He's very experienced and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It's like getting an alignment from a friend or big brother. He's a master tech, automotive professor, and goes to the track. He's even helped me with things around my car when he didn't have to. He could have charged me for extra work but helped me anyways. I definitely 100% recommend going to this shop for your alignment needs especially to those track goers, canyon drivers, street drivers, and even daily drivers especially if need your tires to last. He will get you dialed in! 10/10 I'm recommending all people to go here Remember appointment only read more

Performance alignment service. If "close enough" works for you, this probably isn't your spot this is more like "run it again until it's perfect." That's what a true pro does. I brought my car to Jspec Specialties to set it up for that sweet spot between daily comfort and weekend/track fun. He takes his time dialing in camber and toe exactly where you want it, settles the suspension properly, and double checks the numbers after letting it sit. If something looks off, he'll point it out and explain it instead of just sending you on your way. Best alignment service in town. Steering wheel is dead straight, the car feels planted, and you can tell the work was done right. The kind of attention to detail that makes you drive home smiling. 10/10 easy , pricing is also great. read more

Justin over at Jspec will take care of you! I made an appointment with a small deposit down to secure my spot and he was on time and communicative leading up to my service. I booked an alignment with Justin for my 93 MR2. It's clear that he takes pride in his work. Not only did he take the time to explain each step of the process to me, he even pointed out some things that I should take care of to get my car ready for the track. You definitely get what you pay for here. Goodluck finding someone as dedicated as Justin to align your car. read more

If you're looking for a custom alignment, this is the place to go! I've been to multiple alignment shops like chewerks, rocket garage, monrovia alignment, and Jspec is the best in my opinion. It's great to have a quality alignment place in the IE. Justin is very friendly and he took his time getting the alignment to my spec to the 0.01. He was also happy to answer a lot of my questions about how the alignment bolts on my car worked. Just a really solid dude who cares and takes pride in his work which is almost impossible to find nowadays. read more

I was recommended to Jspec from a nearby shop after installing my Ohlins coilovers. The install took longer than expected but Justin was able to accommodate and keep his schedule open for me. I came in just expecting an alignment but what I also got was a full lesson on how different suspension set ups affect your alignment. He walked me through the process of every change he made on the car and in the end it just felt like I was just hanging out with a buddy working on cars on a afternoon weekend. Justin is definitely passionate about his work and I have complete trust in him to set up my car for my needs read more

Recently installed my airlift 3p air suspension on my 2009 335i sedan, had to replace my rear lower control arm and tow bar and my alignment was way off. Contacted Jspec for an alignment and he got me locked in. I requested an early morning appointment and he provided great service in the Am. Very informative & quick service for a great price for "lowered friendly" vehicles in the inland empire!. When i installed my suspension i also triggered a DSC malfunction code, after extensive research people have suggested to try doing an alignment. Came here got my alignment done, took a drive through the hills and street and guess what, my DSC malfunction code cleared!! I cannot express how happy i am after everything i went through. Definitely a one stop shop for all alignment needs and more. Highly recommend this place. Will be coming back for all other needs! Thank you J-spec! read more

Today I took my 1997 Civic to Jspec Specialties for an alignment, and I'm really glad I did. The owner, Justin, is super cool and, more importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. Let me start off by saying if all alignment shops were like this it would be a perfect world! Justin (owner) right off the bat was very respectful and treated me like a friend. He offered me a drink considering how hot it was today. He got started right away while explaining to me how the alignment would turn out. Throughout the entire service he walked me through the process educating me on a basic understanding of alignments (makes sense since he also teaches a class on alignments). He is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated Justin letting me know how it works because I'm a car guy and into this kind of stuff. Justin showed me under the car where the toe and camber adjustments were, something that I can guarantee no other alignment shop will care to do let alone take the time explaining to their customers. I felt like he really cares for his customers like you are a family member or close friend. This is the kind of service you can't and don't get anymore. Justin right off the bat told me how much each alignment package cost from a basic alignment to a more in-depth one depending on your preference and how you drive your car. Justin not only does simple alignments but also does race track prep alignments which require a more advanced set of skills. He never tried pushing any extra services or made me feel pressured to do anything unnecessary. I really felt like I found a shop I could trust. Iam very picky as to who I choose to work on my car and Jspec was definitely overqualified. At the end of my service he explained what the alignment sheet meant and what he did to my car which is yet another thing regular alignment shops won't do. I had purchased lowering springs and my car was all over the road so I needed an alignment bad. Iam so grateful that I found Jspec. He aligned my car so good that it felt much better than how it handled before like night and day! I will definitely be back and can't recommend him enough! His prices are more than fair for what he can do to your car! If you are looking for a mod friendly shop or for just a regular service Jspec has you covered! read more

I am quite particular about my cars and I have never been able to find an alignment shop in the IE that I trusted to work on my cars. My NC3 track car recently had a lot of suspension work done so I was looking for somewhere that could align the car to my aggressive specs. I happened upon JSpec through social media posts about corner balancing and heard about how qualified the shop owner Justin is. I decided to try them out and was not disappointed. He generously squeezed me on the same day I contacted him and was great to communicate with. He put 150lbs in the driver seat to simulate my weight and spent extensive time fine tuning the alignment to my requested specs. I also requested that for the eccentric bolts to be torqued to spec which he did without hesitation. Overall, I am super pleased with the alignment I got. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending JSpec to my friends. read more
