They're catered towards the Vietnamese community, but Mr. Lam Mung is also fluent in English so it's possible for English speakers to come here as well, but I'm pretty sure they do their taxes elsewhere. The wait is quick and efficient but takes forever if you want a specific person to help you with your taxes. During tax season, it is really crowded but the process will be quite fast for each person. Waiting lounge is pretty clean. They play Vietnamese music over the speakers and there's a small TV with Vietnamese entertainment on it. There's a small water dispenser in the corner with little Dixie cups in case anyone gets thirsty and in the middle of the room is a low table with free books, CD's and DVD's for Buddhism. I really like this. You can take whatever you want and they're very inspirational. Decoration is the epitome of oriental. There are Chrysanthemum flowers, bonsai trees, ancient tea sets, and glazed tree stumps as tables. Service is extremely helpful. Our go-to person is Mr. Lam Mung. He is polite and goes through paperwork with you like the wind and explains everything in detail until you understand. If you have any questions, he will gladly answer them. This man's got jokes. I forgot to bring my bank account number with me for the refund and he offered to let me borrow his account. Haha. Thanks but no thanks, sir. I'll take it by mail. Afterwards, he places all the paper copies into a neat custom folder for us. Nicely organized. This is a great place to get your taxes done here. Such a pleasant experience every time.
