From start to finish, there was always someone to help me when I needed it, whether it be a question about installation, my design, etc. I was so blown away by the responsiveness of the Walcraft team. Over the past 8 months, we've remodeled almost our entire home. I've dealt with many companies, hardware stores, deliveries. you name it. Walcraft is the ONLY company I haven't had to sit on hold for, call 5 people to get the answer to one question or fight tooth and nail with for anything at all. The only issue I had with my cabinets was one that was my own fault, and brian went out of his way to order and expedite me a new cabinet, at no cost to me to fix the issue. We were so incredibly grateful for Brian's understanding and he made our our whole process so much less stressful. The turn around time for receiving our cabinets was so short, especially for covid time. We received our cabinets a week after ordering! Thank you Walcraft for going above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I have and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Brian and team for the incredible service, stunning cabinets and overall fantastic experience!
