I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!

Another technician came and started my manicure. She was moving so fast and haphazardly, and kept telling me to "relax" my hands. I was tense because I was sure she was going to nick the side of my cuticle. She was pulling/cutting my cuticles so hard and ended up taking a chunk of my thumb cuticle. She did the manicure and forgot the design. When she got up to give me the massage I asked about it and she said it would be an extra $20 and she had to take off the top layers to do it over what she had already done. I told her to forget it. While massaging my shoulders behind me she reached around me for me to switch hands under the lamp and pulled my hair. All that and only got $5 off for the "inconvenience". They told me I could come back another day for the design, I said forget it and left. I've never left a poor review in my life and am generally a very understanding person but this was insane!

In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon.
