Jennifer provided an excellent notary experience from start to finish. She was incredibly polite…read moreand helpful not only before the signing, but throughout the entire appointment as well. Her communication was clear, professional, and reassuring, which made the process smooth and stress-free for us. What stood out most was her professionalism and punctuality. Even with serious rainfall happening that day, she arrived exactly on time and did not change the appointment at all. That level of reliability and dedication is truly appreciated. I know she's the one we will call if we need future notary services without a doubt!

This place is always super busy but they are very fast, most friendly which is huge compared to what I've experienced at the other locations. Just free good location especially considering how crazy the parking lot is and how busy they are! So they really should be recognized for the staff. I haven't sent anything out from here or anything like that but I've done a lot of returns which I feel like is probably a really accurate way of determining the service. Because returns can be kind of annoying especially with how many there are. They were always really nice very fast and efficient. Whereas a location in Marietta was always super rude and kind of had an attitude it was weird but would flirt with the guys so I don't know it was weird. This location was very friendly very professional and I will definitely be driving to this location in the future.

I will add more onto my review since their "Business Customer Service" replied to my review-…read more The owner told me "you can go home," after I questioned why they were trying to charge me $4 for a 4 inch piece of tape for the top of my box. I had my credit card in hand, ready to pay for my $3 printed shipping label, as I always do. "Please know that our pricing is based on the high-quality materials, expert labor." - Yeah, "expert labor" is really needed to slap a piece of "high quality" tape on the top of my box. I'm not even paying with my own money, but off principle alone, I'm driving 10 minutes to the next UPS where they don't try to nickel and dime every customer that walks in. I've been to a UPS in several different states, and all happily taped the top of my box with no questions asked.
