Ok, now that we have that out of the way let's talk about him! I have had the distinct pleasure of working with David. We worked together for nearly 10 year and I can tell you that he is the most organized, honest, fair, thorough and knowledgeable person I know. He approaches everything he chooses to do with passion and pride. You can be assured that when you choose him to inspect your new home you are making the right decision. David will do nothing less than give you a detailed, complete and fair assessment of the property he inspects. You will be presented with a very well organized and thought out report that will include everything you could hope to know about the property. Pete...

Apex is also a local company that stands behind their work. I highly recommend Apex to provide top of the line roofing should the need arise. i had so many roofing companies approach me to do the work and not one was local, even though they stated that they were. One company had a vacant office in a neighboring town just so they could say they were local. Don't be fooled by the fly by night roofing companies that are here today and not to be found should a warranty issue arise.

Heavy equipment will be used and the heavy equipment needs access to the yard. Andy was in charge, he and his crew were very professional. The fence cannot be reused, like a lot of fences I have seen in Fort Morgan it is time to either permanently remove or replace. After the take down of our fence, the crew also took apart a chain link fence that was in the interior of our yard. The crew also took rotten landscaping timbers that were stacked in another part of the yard. Sadly we will not be here when the new fence is put up as we have sold our home and are moving to Florida. All Construction went above and beyond what they were contracted for. As stated earlier, very professional. The cost was very reasonable. If you are in need of this kind of work I highly recommend this company.
