We wouldn't allow anyone but Wholesale Flooring Depot to install the wood floors and carpet in the new home! We even went with the same Acacia wood flooring because of the beautiful color variation in the wood. Chacko Chackunny, the store manager was professional and easy to work with. Our wood floors and carpets were professionally installed within the time frame he gave us. The installers, were amazing, they came every morning ready to get the job done! Bear with me...I was working on getting vinyl flooring installed & found something I fell in love…read morewith & purchased. It took two weeks to ship it to the store, none of this was done through Stockdale Tile. I decided to retile my entryway, so I went to Stockdale with a sample of the vinyl flooring and Ryan matched it perfectly with a tile that was in stock & on sale and he has a very good eye as it was the first tile he thought might work. The person I hired to do demolition & installation contacted me the night before he was to do start the work worried about asbestos and had contacted a remediation firm about testing. The approximate amount...$800. My house was built in 2000 and there was an underlayment of roofing felt which was required at the time. After, my initial panic, I called Stockdale Tile to ask them for advice. I had the opportunity to speak to both Ryan & Aaron...in their opinion, given the age of the house, they viewed it as highly unlikely that I had an issue that would require testing and/or remediation. Ryan gave me the name of 3 installers to call, all of whom had been tiling in Bakersfield for years to get additional advice & quotes on the job. One could squeeze my job in within a week. Not the end of my saga...when my new installer went to pick up the materials, the supplier told him without putting in an additional vapor barrier & underlayment it would void my warranty on the flooring...the installer said it didn't need it & it would his warranty if he put down under the flooring. Not wanting to lose either warranty & not knowing what to do, I called Stockdale Tile. Talk about customer service! Aaron called my installer to find out what specific issue he had, I took a sample of the flooring into the store, Aaron took one look at it & identified that it didn't need the extra underlayment as it had an attached pad, he even looked up the product on line. Also the Mohawk rep was in the store & he had never heard of a warranty being voided in the circumstances. Both felt that it was possible I was being upsold for unneeded items for my installation. I made the decision to return the flooring I bought from the other supplier & purchased something similar at Stockdale....of course the tile I had purchased was no longer the perfect match, but Ryan found one that worked with the new flooring & exchanged it out for my previous tile even though it was a higher priced tile. Then, they found carpet that went with both tile & flooring. I can't tell you how different I feel about this project, it was starting to feel like it was going from bad to worse to total disaster. And now, thanks to Stockdale Tile going above & beyond for me with all their help & advice, it feels like everything is back on track & maybe better than it started. Trust me, all my future projects are going to start with the staff at Stockdale Tile!

I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

The previous owners had installed…read moretile around the pool that was extremely slippery when wet, uneven, cracked, and honestly just didn't look very good. We chose the Grizzly color, which is a little darker and provides a nice contrast against our tan house. It turned out beautifully! I was initially concerned about how the coating would look over our existing concrete because the original concrete work wasn't done particularly well. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing it looks--none of the imperfections in the concrete are noticeable. The finished surface is smooth and attractive while still having just enough texture to provide good traction around the pool. It's not slippery, but it also isn't rough or uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and helpful. We did have a small issue after the job was completed, but when we called, they responded immediately, handled it professionally, and completely resolved the problem. They were also incredibly fast. We were able to get scheduled quickly, and the entire project was completed in just a day and a half. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Husky Coatings to anyone looking to transform their patio or pool area! Didn't mind the spots in the photos, I just rinsed off the patio and that's water.
