If every contractor ran their business like Innovative Coatings the home improvement world would be…read morea whole lot less stressful. We recently bought a house that had some very strong early 2000s character and definitely needed some love. When Innovative Coatings gave us their quote I honestly thought it had to be one of those too good to be true situations because it was so reasonable compared to everything else we had seen. Turns out there was no catch. They showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and completely delivered. The crew was fast, efficient, and genuinely kind people to have around. They repaired and repatched our stucco, kept their work areas clean, and treated our home with a lot of care. the transformation is unreal. What used to be a tired early 2000s house is now a complete eye catcher. It honestly looks like a totally different home. Great pricing, incredible work, and good people who clearly take pride in what they do. If you are thinking about painting your house just call Innovative Coatings. You will save yourself a lot of time and stress. These are your people. Highly recommend.

I would like to start by saying there is no option for zero stars. Had I read another users review…read moreprior then I would have stayed clear of this welding business. I had a custom rack made for .my truck and tool box that Michael Bobadilla was more than happy to take. We came up with a design agreed on a price. He asked me for a deposit, I'm assuming for the materials, in which I paid in full. I'm not sure if that's where I went wrong but it took them 3 weeks to finish a job that should have taken 3 days. He stated that there were other jobs ahead of me and I acknowledged this. However I feel as if I was put on the back burner because they were already paid and I said I had another vehicle. Communication was very poor and I was told for over a week and a half that it would be ready the next day and it kept dragging on and turning into the next day. I went as far as to bring a case a beer by to try to help the job along. Here is the issue, I went by once and found the doors unlocked and keys in the ignition, no harm I removed keys and told Michael. It was after I picked up my truck that I noticed gouges in the paint on top of the roof and around the bed. And a large amount of slag ( molten steel from the welding process) all over the roof, quarter panel windows and rear window. I told Michael the same day I picked it up, and he said he would resolve it. When I brought the truck to him he tried claiming the paint damage on the bed was either prior damage or vandalism, "he couldn't confirm that it was his employees" the window and roof is undeniable and he admitted that it was his fault. He said he would get back to me in a few days with solutions but I have since stopped recieving responses from him. Damages are in excess of $2700, back window alone was $500. I do not expect to hear back from him. I have never experienced such worthless customer service. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER SERVICE AROUND EL PASO AS YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some of the welds look like they were done by high school students attempting it for the first time in shop class. IN FACT, SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY A WELDER AND DO IT YOURSELF. You'll have less heart ache than dealing with Bobas welding. I pride myself on being a stand up citizen and all around decent person. I will make updates to this review if their are any changes or if the situation is made right.

Don't use Boba's Welding. I think their game is to provide you with a very low estimate so that you…read morechoose them for your job, and then they ask for a deposit for the cost of the materials. They then pocket the money and never show up for the job. They seem very nice and sincere when you call or visit them but the job never gets scheduled. And forget about getting your deposit back. There is always a reason why they don't have the cash. These guys are fraudsters and you will lose your deposit money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I lost my deposit but it wasn't a great deal of money. My goal here is to post valid but terrible reviews about Boba's wherever I can so that they end up losing thousands of dollars of lost business and save the good people of El Paso the pain of dealing with such unprofessional con men.

A Mountain Roofing completely honored our roof warranty by coming right back out and fixing a lingering leak with absolutely zero hassle! So the previous owner had A Mountain Roofing come out to do maintenance / repairs and the repairs that were supposed to be guaranteed! I can only imagine what the previous owner paid for said work. We had a leak so we contacted A Mountain Roofing. Name withheld came out to inspect their work / the drain and roof. He said that the pipe in the roof was cracked! Then proceeded to tell me that the roof needed OVER $20k in maintenance / repairs! The same person also told me that to fix the leak would be over $1,100.00 to repair and another $400.00 for drywall. We called another company and they came out then pulled the cover and inspected the drain. They asked to use the garden hose to run water in the drain just past where the roof meets the drain. They ran water for approximately 10 minutes with no leaking. And said that they would send a crew out to re-coat the inlet to the drain. Then that night we got rain and NO LEAKS. I then contacted the A Mountain employee and said that he was wrong and the issue was the coating around the inlet of the drain. He then accuse me of lying to him. Why would I lie to him? I just wanted the leak / drain fixed The company that fixed the leak charged $250.00 and asked if I knew the paint code or color so they could texture and paint. I told them I have paint and needed to do some touching up I will take care of that. Remember the quote from A Mountain of OVER $1,500.00 and that didn't include painting where the leak caused the paint to fall off. My worthless .02 cents is go ANYWHERE but A Mountain Roofing for roofing‼ The A Mountain employee was a smooth talker and a SALESMAN and could have cared less about the situation that should have been his responsibility! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
