The consult was quick and bout two weeks later (he sent an email explaining the delay in the mean time) he sent us a very detailed mock up of the landscape. Then he patiently answered about 30 back and forth emails as I asked questions and made revisions until we had a final plan. He had someone come out to clear the old landscape on 10/23/17 and then he finished all the work a week later on 11/1//17. This included redoing all the landscape in the front of our house, cleaning up and redoing our courtyard with stones and creeping fig and cleaning out the back yard and planting several fruit trees. I've reported them to city code. During the winter months they don't pick the leaves up, they blow it all in the streets. Throw small branches and laid them on my neighbors lawn. I've called several times because they've missed trimming shrubs and other things around the yard. This company is basically a joke. You tell the guys and it goes in one ear and goes out the other.
