He started telling me a I was frauding the contract...lol and then he started making up crazy stories, then sent a cease and desist letter through text (very professional). All of this because he didn't answer my 1st text 4/29 about coming back. So, I sent a text yesterday 5/06, asking. There is more about the fence, but the type of person David, Daniel became was shocking! It was a night and day person. I've never experienced this type in my 40 years of working construction This review is to make sure you hold out money when final paying until you get these little misc issues takes care of!! He did a great job except when he didn't butt up to existing fence. He is only now (not when installed ) is saying it was neighbors blah blah when my original fence was tied in. Amendment to previous review:…read more After contacting them regarding my 7" long grass (the day after a service call) and complaining about the blobs of grass clippings laying in flower beds and on the lawn itself I was told that it was too expensive to remediate the problem before their next service call. Also, that my grass was too long to cut (they have been taking care of it for some time), that they blow all of the grass clippings away (including, apparently, some previously unknown to me rocks), and that it was too expensive to come back before their next scheduled service call. When I pointed out that my grass was too long because they weren't cutting it I was told that they had been using a weed eater because their mower did not fit into the space. I asked how they might resolve the problem going forward and was told that they would bring their push mower next time. This was the final straw in what had become a continuously degrading situation with both quality of work, communication, and billing. (I have never received an invoice or even text reminding me to pay them, I just Venmo when I am was aware that they had come.) They seem like decent enough guys but their lack of professionalism and poor quality results have forced me to look elsewhere.
