When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

They all took great care in protecting our sunroom and plants while they were working and our place was spotless when they left. And the other company didn't even mention them. I highly recommend Best Coast Roofing!

All of them were within a few thousand dollars of each other. The deciding factor was the relationship the Owner Cody has with his crew. He's been using the same crew for 9 years on every one of his jobs and visits the job site every day to ensure a smooth job. Working in the construction industry myself, I know how important the relationships with your crews are. When you work with the same crew for years, they understand your expections and your routine. Cody's communication was second to none and everything he promised, he made good on. He was on-site every day, multiple times a day, to check on the crew, their progress and check in with us. If anything was needed, Cody would jump in to ensure the crew had what they needed. Everything was delivered on time, from the shingles to when the crew arrived and even finished a day ahead of schedule. The crew themselves were fast, efficient, polite and professional. I can't imagine another roofing company doing a better job. At the end of the job, the foreman Armando was combing our grounds to ensure no nails or trash were left behind. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers on their promises, timelines and does a meticulous installation, look no further, Best Coast Roofing is the BEST. Thank you Cody and Crew for an amazing experience! If I could give TEN stars I would.

My ground-level, back yard window that had nothing from the gutter cleaning ordered on it with nothing else on the side of my house blasted. Imagine my surprise as I see one of the cleaners nearly nose-to-glass with my window grinning like an idiot as my cat - who had been fairly curiously watching - flees in a panic from the sudden loud noise. I don't think they saw me from behind my monitors and with the glare on the window, but they certainly saw the sun-lit cat in the window watching them before they decided to scare the poor thing.
