It's a steakhouse so think of leather, wood, modern, sleek, dimly lit, out door action taking place, and docking available. It's fine dining at the beach and how sexy is Harry's? Very Sexy! Part of the Anderson group we learned that Cancuns best restaurants are part of a chain and glad we were able to try two of them, Harry's being one. Service - Top notch. You know it's fine dining with the service you're getting as soon as you walk in. Let's get into it! Complimentary Bread - Yes please, the best ever! Appetizer - Oyster Rockefeller- These oysters were the biggest I've had seen in life. I did like them but they were lukewarm, they also didn't have bacon which for me, I needed it. They were just too big not to have something extra. Good nonetheless. Burger - Of course I got a burger because I'm a kid at heart. I loved it and that bun omg! Fries were great. Short Rib Sandwich - Delicious he loved the Au jus that went with it. Dessert - Chocolate Cake - It was good but had a bitter chocolate flavor. We always get dessert and this was not our favorite. Complimentary Cotton Candy? And that is exactly why they are 5 stars. It's like a whole love story in here, they aren't perfect but they sure make up for it in ways that count! Yes to Harry's all day, every day!! Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

Harry's has a wonderful setting directly on the water. You can access by car or by boat. They presented menus and all steaks come in 3 versions: Kobe, Waygu or USDA. I have to say crazy prices and I am accustomed to Miami. A waiter brings an actual display of the steaks to the table. The tomahawk has to be 3 feet tall. I cannot imagine anyone eating it! We all ordered USDA filets in the mid $80 range. I ordered mine medium. It was overcooked. No pink/red in the middle and very dry. I was a bit disappointed. We were never rushed. At the end, they brought a piece of cake for the birthday celebrant and a huge cotton candy for the table to enjoy. We each had individual bills. I assume because I was English speaking, they converted mine from pesos to US$'s. I always pay in pesos. The tip has been added and my bill was $139. Not sure how it went from $88 to $139. I did not drink any alcohol - only water. It was fine for a one time visit.

8/2/26-8/8/26 We had…read more3 dinners here at La Casona (all inclusive plan). We are steak lovers and this place did not disappoint. The service was great, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the seafood was fresh. Any time we requested modification in the entree or appetizer, our server always ensured the kitchen carried the request out. Drinks were refilled promptly when it was half way empty. My youngest daughter who despises meat ate her tenderloin steak all by herself and did not have one complaint. We even celebrated me and my daughter's birthday on the last dinner here. It is always a great meal. Highly recommended! I could not say more about the all inclusive plan and the ability to choose from such great food.

First off, I wanted to start by mentioning that we came here as part of our all-inclusive plan,…read moretherefore I cannot remember what the prices of these items would be if we paid for it.. I also can never complain about "free" food- so truly a 5/5. But since I am here to be an honest yelper, let's dive into the details! We were able to dine here twice during our stay, and were able to get reservations only by booking a day in advance- it's not a place you can get into last minute, at least during the busy season- and that goes for all of the restaurants on the property. The staff was BEYOND amazing, truly so kind, helpful, considerate, professional, everything I would hope for and more. We were celebrating my birthday and they sang a wonderful song and remembered us the second time we came back- a few days later. We had a few hits and a few less-exciting dishes when we visited, so I will touch on those. We came back a second time because of the Octopus. He had it two different ways, and My fiance raved about it, a total hit. I tested almost every caesar salad on the property and this one was my favorite. The strawberry jelly dessert with whatever that crumbly stuff was- a big yes from both of us! They unfortunately didn't have it the second time and that may have been a big reason we returned- so bummer! But good to know that stuff is made fresh and therefore runs out. For the less-appetizing dishes- the cauliflower. If you look at my photo of it, it truly was just a slab of cauliflower- slightly undercooked and underseasoned. There was a sweet potato puree and a coconut milk drizzle, all so creative, but ultimately lacked flavor. Skip this one. The carrot cake looks like it has evolved over the years when I look at other yelpers photos, ours was unfortunately prettier than it was tasty. I would transport back here in a heartbeat if given the chance though! Oh and the WINE!! Enjoy!

Chambao Cancun absolutely delivers on the vibe, music, and service. The staff was attentive,…read morepolished, and made the experience feel special from start to finish. The atmosphere is lively, upscale, and clearly designed for people who want dinner to feel like a whole event. Food wise, this is where things fell a bit short for me. I ordered the spicy Maine lobster croquettes, ribeye steak (the smallest) Chambao potatoes and potato mille feuille, and shrimp. While the flavors were there, the dishes came out lukewarm, which was disappointing especially given the price point and wait time for food. At this level, temperature and execution really matter. The food wasn't bad, but for what we paid, I honestly expected more. For comparison, I could have had a stronger overall meal in the Seaport area of Boston at a similar or even lower price point. That said, if you're going for the experience, ambiance, music, and top tier staff, Chambao hits the mark. Just know that the food may not fully match the hype or cost. Overall: Amazing vibe and service, solid flavors, but execution didn't quite justify the price.

My twin sis, mother, and I have made a tradition to coming to Cancun for thanksgiving every year and this time I brought my girlfriend and we absolutely loved it. The guacamole was amazing. Freshest I've ever had and the quaint dimly lit atmosphere created a memorably intimate experience. I enjoyed the crab legs, octopus, and more. This place is definitely one of the bucle list places for Cancun so I highly recommend since it's on the back bay and overlooks the water.
