These guys not only got us in, they were able to take a look at it within about 15min!!! They diagnosed a bent brake plate with a rock stuck in it (causing the screeching). They quickly fixed the problem and got us on our way - charging us just for 30min work! Really friendly shop. Highly recommend!

He became upset because the warranty company would not work with his preferred people on another engine, and then said he was going to increase his rate because of it. When I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else, I was charged $1,400 just for diagnosing the issue. The entire experience felt unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly suggest taking your vehicle to a shop that treats customers fairly and communicates honestly.
