Then the owner was most helpful in resolving what was an out of warranty issue with Apple on the part that was needed. End result, Apple graciously paid for the repair! Why did they need a $94.88 diagnostics fee? Also, I needed an iMovie project off of the hard drive before they did a reset. They did save the iMovie clips for the project, but failed to copy the project file, meaning I did 6+ hours of editing and all I have now are the clips I started with. The staff are not knowledgeable and the store is very overpriced. I will never buy from them again and my experience with them has led me to the decision to stop buying all Apple products because the nearest people who can help with any Mac problems are a two hour drive away.
