Dmitri did the following for me, bathroom remodel including tile work, plumbing and minor electric. He converted a corner tub to freestanding and ran the new floor mounted faucet and drain. In the kitchen he demo'd a wall to make a breakfast counter and did the new cabinets, installed new flooring and helped me find a granite installer. He can do plumbing, electric, anything that requires experience, tools and an attention to detail. He painted the interior and installed new hardwood in the living room and new vinyl flooring in the bedrooms. All is level and he included quarter inch round which he painted, cut to perfect match, caulked, nailed in and then more caulk and touchup paint. It looks amazing, like it was always here. I saved the best for last. He is as honest as he is hard working. He is quiet and polite and keeps his work space clean. Look no further, you need to hire this contractor while you can. Margaret informed me that the contractors would arrive between 8:00-9:00am to get it done before 3:00pm. My previous experiences with some contractors led me to believe they would arrive a bit later than anticipated... but lo and behold, at 8:00am sharp they arrived! Arby walked me through my options and we plotted out both rooms and dimensions with his handy dandy tape measure. He answered all my questions, made some great suggestions, and maintained that he would be happy to do whatever I wanted. He and his building partner worked efficiently and communicated with me via text to let me know how much time they needed. We got sliding doors + t-wall construction and couldn't be happier with the result. Though it was a bit more costly than my roommate and I anticipated, the positive experience and the high-quality of the walls (plus the cost of removing the walls is all included as long as you give them 1 month's notice) made me feel happy and at ease. If I ever need temporary walls again, I'll be coming to MPW! My one tip: double check with the building and management regarding their flex walls rules! This wasn't MPW's fault, but my building prohibited floor to ceiling walls, which was a bit disappointing to find out for privacy reasons. Know your building policies!!

The wall held up really nicely the past 3 years and our guests were always so surprised to learn that the wall was a flex wall and not a part of the apartment's original layout.
