Maintenance came and took their functioning washer and replaced dryer. But the washer they provided didn't work! The stove had a piece of wood painted white where the glass should have been and the stove top didn't even work. Luckily we were able to give them a good stove as a result of a kitchen remodel. Going on six weeks now trying to get a check cut, made out to the correct party, and put in the mail. How many times - weeks apart - should I hear "It's pending" or "I'm not sure what happened." Glad I'm making the change away from using Fidelity! People, there are other places we all can use - and that's my experience and review. I have more to say but "It's pending!" #fidelity #moneymanagement #retirement FRIDAY UPDATE: What does "pending" mean? Well, still no $14K check from my Roth Account. Still no tracking number that was promised on Thursday (yesterday) when I followed up on the status. I doubt I'll get it today as promised. I've been lied to twice now. I guess it's still "pending." Pending means = Black Hole, no action, no customer service, and we'll get to it, when we get to it. I guess it's time to report a theft. Do a YELP review. Report to the Better Business Bureau. And maybe pitch as a news story. Going on 7 weeks now. I would STRONGLY recommend doing a rollover to a financial planner that cares about you as a person or business. #fidelity #financial #financialplanning #fidelityinvestments #consumeraffairs #betterbusinessbureau
