Maintenance came and took their functioning washer and replaced dryer. But the washer they provided didn't work! The stove had a piece of wood painted white where the glass should have been and the stove top didn't even work. Luckily we were able to give them a good stove as a result of a kitchen remodel. At rectify it by asking me to send back all the money I sent it back via cashier which is what the banks offer and Fidelity said certified a cashier check and the certified check is just about the same. I even went to three other banks none of them issue anything but a cashiers check refused to cooperate in and now almost with the IRS I mean I will be 72 years old this year. I am living on Social Security and no pension. This was the only money I had 401(k) it was about $81,000. How do you make a huge mistake like this and then to rectify it

Going on six weeks now trying to get a check cut, made out to the correct party, and put in the mail. How many times - weeks apart - should I hear "It's pending" or "I'm not sure what happened." Glad I'm making the change away from using Fidelity! People, there are other places we all can use - and that's my experience and review. I have more to say but "It's pending!" #fidelity #moneymanagement #retirement FRIDAY UPDATE: What does "pending" mean? Well, still no $14K check from my Roth Account. Still no tracking number that was promised on Thursday (yesterday) when I followed up on the status. I doubt I'll get it today as promised. I've been lied to twice now. I guess it's still "pending." Pending means = Black Hole, no action, no customer service, and we'll get to it, when we get to it. I guess it's time to report a theft. Do a YELP review. Report to the Better Business Bureau. And maybe pitch as a news story. Going on 7 weeks now. I would STRONGLY recommend doing a rollover to a financial planner that cares about you as a person or business. #fidelity #financial #financialplanning #fidelityinvestments #consumeraffairs #betterbusinessbureau

Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, economics, and he is really good at marketing. He is also surprisingly pleasant to speak with and he's a very good communicator. He listened to me about what I wanted in home and he found me the perfect bungalow style home that I now love so much. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but Kris called me saying I had to see this home because it was going to go fast. I had little expectations, but it was absolutely what I was looking for. There were multiple offers on the home, but Kris and I had the best offer. If it weren't for Kris' advise, care, and negotiating skills, I would have missed out on the perfect home. Kris also got my other townhouse I own rented for me at more rent than I expected and with only being on the market for 2 days! Whenever I am buying or selling a home again, I will make sure to call Kris, even if I am moving to another state. I am surprised Kris is not on a show like Million Dollar Listing. He is actually more handsome than those TV realtors.
