They repainted my kitchen ceiling, pressure washed deck and walkways. They were on time (most all other contractors were late or no-shows) they protected every bit of my kitchen floors and cabinets from the overspray of paint and cleaned behind themselves completely. Their quotes came in better than all others I received and the work was meticulous. Will definately use them in my new house and can't recommend them enough.

Oscar, the O in JOC, is the father, and he has a heart of gold, meaning that he will tell you exactly what needs to be done in order to take care of the customer's property as if it were his own. We had siding pieces that were foamed in to fill gaps (from previous jobs that we didn't know how to check), and he showed these to us, and told us what would be the best option to fix it: to replace these with custom cut pieces of cement board. And they did it beautifully and the same day. Our home had probably 30 different things that needed to be redone, or revamped, from siding, deck, paint, caulking, window glass, roofing, fascia's, front doors, stairs, wallpaper teardown resurfacing and painting, and much much more. I would trust JOC to build a home for me from scratch. And i know that it would be done correctly through and through, from the best materials, to the best worksmanship. We are so thankful to God that he brought Jennifer and Oscar into our lives. Because of their expert teams (they have multiple crews!) we have been able to accomplish what would have taken at least 2 months, in 2 weeks. Thank you guys! i wish that the entire metro Atlanta area knows about you all!! Trust and respect to the JOC crew! The value was outstanding!

Here's what I posted:…read more Hands You Demand was the fourth company that I contacted for an estimate to remodel a rental unit. Tee arrived on time and told me that he really wanted my business after reviewing what needed to be done. He promised me a proposal on Monday and got it to me Sunday night with a follow up call on Monday to answer any questions. Tee and HYD are the epitome of under promise and over deliver which is rare in their line of business. The project went seamlessly and Tee was always responsive to any questions I had. I can truly say it was delightful experience working with HYD and I will use them again. They also gave me a great price.

Although he gave me a price on fixing the repairs, he allowed me to do them myself to save the money. I was impressed by his thoroughness as well as how he took the time to carefully explain why I needed a quality caulking more than a quality paint. He was not trying to oversell me. Also, he was knowledgeable. Tony came out for the first day of the job, which was Memorial Day. He seemed to do a rushed and haphazard job and perhaps just wanted to not work on a holiday. Can't blame him, but he should not have been scheduled for that day in that case. HOWEVER, after I contacted the office about it, he and his coworker, Elisa did a thorough job with the washing, caulking and painting after that. They addressed all of our concerns and remained friendly. We found some missed areas on our inspection, but Tony was very good at making sure we were completely satisfied before we paid. The house looks beautiful and I would sincerely recommend CertaPro of Gwinnett for exterior painting. Just, as with any contractor, make sure you are monitoring each day and carefully inspect the work. I have yet to find any perfect contractors but it is really good to have ones that will work with you without arguing.

Within about an hour of my long overdue and initial review, I was on the calendar for next day pressure washing! When I say A-MA-ZING, I really mean it! I've attached photos so that you can be the judge. Perry knows his craft. There's been a rust stain that we've been trying to have removed for YEARS! Previous contractors tried but were unable. More recently a contractor told us that we'd have to replace the vinyl siding! No, no, no (wagging my finger like Dikembe Mutombo!), not with the professional expertise of APPW! When others say they can't, know that Perry can! My husband and I are SO impressed. This was certainly money well spent and again we couldn't be more satisfied. In addition to technical know how, Perry and his teammate were prompt, extremely personable and completed the job in little time. Customer satisfaction is a priority with this company. Give APPW a call with confidence. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. APPW will be our choice everytime.

The painters were also kind and did a great job. Three years later, I'm still impressed by the work they did. The paint job is nice and even. There were no unpainted spots on the house or rotted wood left over after they replaced various planks of wood.
