I reached out to Lebrons & received a quote within a few hours. We scheduled for the following week. The cleaning staff arrived on time, supplies in hand. They spent over 8 (yes, EIGHT) long hours scrubbing the house. From the bottom of baseboards to the top of cabinets, and everything in between, everything looks brand new. If you're in need of regular or just a one-time cleaning, Lebrons is the BEST out there. I highly highly highly recommend them!! :)

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life…read more Cleaner showed up an hour and a half late with no communication and then had the audacity to tell me that she was eating her lunch in the car in front of my house. I asked her if she could wipe down my couches and she said that was an extra fee. I asked her to make my son's bed and she said she couldn't make a loft bed. I asked her to clean the air vent and she said I had to do it myself with Q-tips. I showed her the list of things the owner claims they're supposed to be cleaning and she said she had never seen that list before. She proceeded to tell me she didn't get paid enough and left my house unclean...just walked right out! I spoke to the owner who apologized "profusely" and said we would get a discount on our next cleaning. 4 days later she decided to send my husband a message saying that they no longer service our area and can't come out for this discounted cleaning. You'd think she would at least try to make it right by doing the final discounted cleaning we were promised.
