Staff made recommendations for my first workout. Staff assisted me in renting the yoga mat and towel. Picked yoga for the first work out. Others working out were very encouraging in the common areas. Loved it was a private workout and you could sweat in a private area. There is also an area with weights and bands for a workout without the heat. Spinning and rowing are also available to use in the saunas. Team reviewed the safety features for members who work out when they are not there. Also reviewed program and fees as well as the specials they were running. Couple of notes of areas of opportunity: -hard to watch the instructor while in poses. Difficult when you are new to the moves. With experience and time would get a lot easier -website doesn't describe well that it is 24/7 when you are a member. This was great to learn once I arrived that it has very flexible times to attend. Looking for a new way to step up your workout, this would be a perfect switch to.
