You might as well go play at a dog park - the grass and weeds are more maintained there. Also I have sadly witnessed him treating people very poorly. He was screaming at this young lady for no apparent reason told her she was "banned" what - who does that. It was scary. No business owner should treat the employees and customers the way they are treated. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if he was being sued. It seems like a very hostile environment and that's why I will never golf there again but I will never participate in women's league again either. After waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to go in and grab them. Once entering the store, I was met by a very inconsiderate front end team that are more worried about looking cool in front of their coworkers that doing their job. Whoever is in charge of payroll should be made well aware that they are paying for at minimum 3 team members being less than helpful, not even willing to speak to their customer about the poor experience and 7 others hovering around their cash register. Never worth it to shop with Cedar Falls Scheels.

They were busy and kept apologizing that it was taking some time to get my order. We were able to walk around and they found me and got my order to me. Also the staff was exceptionally nice to all guest. I think the best was when I was standing there a guest had said thank you to a manager he really didn't hear it and another member of the staff goes hey she said thank you and he stopped turned around and said I'm sorry I didn't hear that and said your welcome and have a great holiday. This store seemed to really understand the guest and ensure they felt welcome.
