Upon entering we were asked if we had socks, we did not, the staff did provide us with socks. It would be a little hard to walk in the cave without them, so that's understandable. Once we entered the cave we were mesmerized at how beautiful and peaceful it was. The owner informed us that most of the salt was imported in and spent many days at sea, how cool. We were covered in a couple large blankets since it does get cold in there. During our session we both fell asleep and felt great upon waking. Cannot wait to come back!

Jamie, the owner of the studio is extremely welcoming and helpful. From the moment you walk in to the studio, you're greeted with great energy and beautiful decor. I have been to a handful of classes so far, and continue to look forward to meeting the staff and trying new classes. This isn't your average studio, they offer a variation of yoga classes ranging from vinyasa to energy medicine yoga. There is no doubt about it that this is one of the greatest yoga studios that I have ever been to, and I'm so thankful that it is near my home. A few things: Current special for new students $30 for an entire month, sign up for classes on the app "Vagaro" Parking isn't completely ideal, especially during rush hour. I was looking for a local yoga studio that I could visit through ClassPass and came across The Om…read moreLounge. I've attended several classes there now and have enjoyed every one. The vibe as soon as you walk in is uplifting yet chill. All of the instructors that I've taken classes from have brought their own style - some more relaxing while others have been more invigorating and challenging. But all of them have been enjoyable and I leave the studio feeling grounded and centered. I haven't had a chance to try yet but I love that they offer the Om Rocks! classes to all different kinds of music. Would love to check one of those out. The COVID policies that this lounge has in place are appreciated. And aside from that, there is lots of room to spread out and keep distance from others if desired. There's also a cute retail area when you enter the studio so you can knock out all of your self care in one fell swoop ;)

Carrie and her team very generously opened the spa area early for us to host a Saturday morning bridal event. The Bride and the rest of us girls started the day enjoying apple cider mimosas and listening to the soothing sounds of singing bowls in a magical space that reminds me of a rooftop garden you would find at night traveling through Indochina or Tibet; no words can do justice to the calming sense that is inherently part of this space. It is indescribably beautiful upstairs. I cannot believe that this is hidden away in Wheeling West Virginia. It feels like a luxury spa in Manhattan or LA. **BUT unlike LA or NYC, Everything was very reasonably priced, I can't believe how much personal attention we got from the entire team** While we were enjoying the healing effects of the Salt Spa, we were called into a beautiful victorian style parlor for individually tailored massages (and a special massage for the bride :)). It was perfect, the massages were out of this world. Carrie is very good at finding the parts that are the most tense and working through them. I live out off state, but I can't wait to come back and get another massage here! After our reserved time had ended, Carrie let us know there was some free time between us and her next client and that we could continue to stay in the space for a bit longer... :) we used that time to play a guided meditation program and deeply center ourselves. It was a very special day. :) I can't wait to come back!

I wanted to enjoy this place so I could support a local business…read more But because I didn't know to tell them when booking that I didn't want one area massaged, she stopped until the other therapist finished that area on my friend. Apparently when you have 2 people getting a massage in the same room, the two therapists have to work in "tandem" (per my therapist). Why, I don't know. Then the owner told me after that I should've know to tell her my request when booking because full body massage means that you have to include every part of the body and that this direction is "all over their website." I have no reason to buy anything there again. Oh, and they texted the morning of the massage to push our appointment out 1.5 hours with no apology.
