From the start, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on the kids. Our son absolutely loved going every day--he was excited to be there, which was such a relief for us as parents. During his time there, he moved up into another class and truly grew by leaps and bounds, both socially and developmentally. The play-based learning approach struck the perfect balance of fun and education, and it was clear how much thought and care went into their programs. The staff is incredible--Director Ms. Vanessa runs a tight ship while still creating a nurturing, positive atmosphere. Ms. Kiki and Ms. Alice were especially wonderful with our son, showing so much patience, kindness, and encouragement. One moment that really meant a lot to us: when we had to move out of state, they threw our son a going-away birthday party--even though his actual birthday was more than a month away. That level of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about how much they care about the kids and families. They were also very communicative throughout our time there, which we appreciated. And as a bonus, they helped solidify our son's potty training, which was a huge milestone. We only left because of our move, otherwise we would have stayed without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend Kreative Kidz Preschool to any family looking for a caring, engaging, and supportive environment for their child

He looks forward to going to school every day and is always excited to see his friends and teachers. He even asks us to let him go to school on weekends! What I love most is how much he enjoys learning--even at home--which he says is because his teachers make it so much fun! My husband and I are also aware of what's going on since the teachers (especially Miss Vanessa, Miss Adriana, and Miss Rosa) keep us updated in Class Dojo and also makes time to talk to us during drop off/pick up. As a mom who tends to worry, seeing my only child beam with excitement every morning gives me so much peace knowing he's in such caring and capable hands.

We liked the playground in particular as it was very well shaded by trees. The smaller class sizes created a more intimate learning environment. Most importantly, Ms. Sheela and her team of teachers were all great. Our daughter started there at a young age and grew tremendously in her time at Future Kids. All the teachers from Ms. Eshani, to Ms. Paula and Ms. Patty were all extremely kind and patient. They always took time to discuss how the day went and how our daughter was doing. It was very apparent that they cared about each child and their individual progress. We always felt our daughter was truly cared for and in good hands. Thank you Ms. Sheela and team for everything!

Brighter days is a wonderful preschool for young children…read more When we started our search for a preschool for my almost 3 year old we toured various schools and BD hit all of our requirements. We were looking for a school that was safe, had caring and knowledgeable teachers, would give our child the foundation to excel in the future and of course somewhere that was fun for our boy. The curriculum offers various subject studies in the month. I love hearing about the continents, dinosaurs, states, animals, cultures, the pledge of allegiance and so much more. They offer gymnastics class, Spanish lessons and music lessons-so fun! I'm constantly impressed and blown away . They also practice practical life. Each child has a job-wiping tables, turning the lights off, rolling up the mat/rug, helper of the day, etc. Both my child and I have made lifelong friendships and met some amazing families. These children are being prepared for school and life. I'm beyond confident that he will be ready for kindergarten and we are sad to go after 2 years. Take a tour and fall in love like I did.

My son has learned skills that impress me daily. I wanted him to go to a play based preschool and also be prepared for kindergarten. Brighter Days checks all the boxes. The school is clean and organized. Teachers work one on one with your child to practice handwriting in a "fun" way. Every week my son comes home singing a new song. He loves telling me the words he's learned in Spanish and singing the states and capitals. He is so proud of himself and I know it's because his teachers celebrate his development and encourage his curiosity. We are so thankful we found Brighter Days.

When I was in Mr g class he would be strict every single day saying " you guys need to prepare for middle school so I need to be mean to u" If you kept complaining about a teacher they will just ask you " maybe that's how they are " when they aren't. I HATE THE YARD LADIES BECAUSE ONE TIME ME AND MY FRIENDS WERE PLAYING AROUND ALL OF A SUDDEN THIS 38 YEAR OLD WOMAN DECIDES TO NOT ENJOY OUR LUNCH AND JUST HAVE US SIT DOWN. I wish I can file a complaint against this school. I remember when I was in 3rd grade and we went to the library and the librarian had told us that we can pick two books and mind you this was my second time going. As I went to go pick out a book I picked 2 of the same books. Then the librarian Came up to me and said you can't have 2 of the same books so I said sorry I'm gonna put one of them back all of a sudden SHE PULLED ME!!! AND THIS STUPID SCHOOL AND PRINCIPAL DIDN'T DO NOTHING!!! One more thing that I have to tell u is that when I was in 4th grade i had a teacher called "mr brennemam" on the first day he was so nice and choll but on the second day he was already strict! As this went on i decided to tell the staff that I wasn't going to go the the library after what happened. Then I tried asking my teacher he just said " oh I know" then I assumed he knew and I didn't go. He sent two of his students to come and get me and I said to them " im not going to the library" then when it finishes this teacher had the audacity to say to me and yelled at me "I AM NOT GOING TO BE WORRYING ABOUT YOU AND YOU DIDNT PARTICIPATE SO WHAT DO U WANT ME TO DO EITHER LEAVE MY CLASS OR U PARTICIPATE AND SINCE YOU DIDNT PARTICIPATE YOUR NOT GETTING CREDITED FOR PARTICIPATING" then I felt emotional but I didn't cry. SO I RECOMMEND THAT U DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL IT SUCKS.

From the first time a year ago that I put my son here, he had an unexplained busted lip, bite marks on his arms, and the teachers complain about his shoe laces. So I had to go and spend money just to buy him velcroe since they're too lazy to teach kids safety and to tie their shoes. They've had me sign about 5 or 6 copies of part of the registration packet. I've also put in my time to volunteer. My son had gotten an outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease here. I was outraged when I found out that they only gave the class that started the outbreak a letter to the parents. When I asked the teachers aid in my sons class about it she completely acted like she didn't know what I was talking about smh. I can spot a liar right away. This is supposed to be a school that's a part of the church and although it's a low income neighborhood I expect the teachers/staff to be professional at what they do. my son was out of school and me out of work for a whole week since I had no one to watch him. When he returned to school a day after they gave me a registration packet expecting me to have it in by that Friday 6/30. I told Patsy that it was very short notice and I and my husband would need some time. She said okay. I told her I would try to get the password to my online check stubs since I don't use the paper. My husband was also having trouble accessing it quickly and after school Friday the 30tj of June, he spoke with patsy and she said okay after school Monday would be fine. I go today to take my son since I have to be in west Hollywood by 830 to open my job, and he's not on the school roster. She asked me if I had my paperwork I told her yes, I would just need to email it to her. She asked for my husbands and I told her what he told me and she said that basically it was okay and she would accept my son when he brought it in. That is bull!! They spoke Friday and she told him it was fine. On the registration packet it says that the date was June 8tj when they gave it out. I didn't receive it till the last week of June what the hell happened in between that time? He was in school, he missed the second to last week of the month that is all. I'm tired of this school being so unorganized but yet when the people go there to do the walk through', they are acting like they're on it and professional. Now I regret putting him here he is supposed to graduate in August and idk if I just want to pull him out now. I rather have paid $400 a month at a real Christian preschool.

It has taken me a little over a month to rewrite this review…read more Initially, we were prepared to air out all of the details of our experience. However, on our son's last day, Mrs. Roman apologized and showed genuine remorse, even gifting our son a parting gift. Because of that gesture, we held off on posting our revised, updated experience until now. After our son left a little over a month ago, we realized we needed to be honest about why we chose to withdraw him. Our decision came down to two major factors: 1. Constant teacher turnover. Since our son began attending in January, he had around seven different teachers. Even though there are two teachers assigned at a time, it makes no sense to have four major staffing changes between January and October. That instability directly affects children, especially infants and toddlers who need consistency. 2. If you question anything, the environment shifts immediately. The moment you raise concerns or ask for clarification, the school takes it personally. The warmth disappears. You are ignored from multiple teachers, since they all talk, given the cold shoulder, and treated as an inconvenience. It is extremely uncomfortable to drop off your child each day knowing the people you're entrusting them to, no longer like you, respect you, or even acknowledge you. If you can afford to spend a little more on a better environment, we genuinely recommend it. And even then, after our son left, we continued hearing from multiple parents and former staff (several, not just one or two) that these issues are ongoing. Teachers have shared that they have been spoken to in a disrespectful manner, with some even mentioning they've witnessed others cry. Families have also mentioned the emotional impact that the constant teacher changes have on their babies, who are repeatedly forced to adjust to new faces every few weeks. These problems stem from the top. Khan is not who she portrays herself to be during tours. On two different occasions, she expressed how upon a teacher's departure, the teacher took half of the families with her and each time I asked her why, she said she did not know, well, now we know why. We experienced this directly when she wanted to stop feeding our son instead of clarifying a simple lunch question. (We did not allow for her to deny our son school lunch and they continued to feed him). When leadership cannot retain or support teachers, it directly trickles down to the children--every single time. We've also been told the school allegedly cleans with laundry detergent, water, and Pine-Sol, which raises concerns about exposing babies to unnecessarily harsh chemicals. And many parents are familiar with and annoyed at that " Happy tots smell" We truly wanted to move forward, especially after Mrs. Roman's apology, and we still appreciate the kindness she showed on our son's last day. But we also feel a responsibility to other families. Ironically, we've heard better things about the sister school around the corner, but this particular location continues to face the same longstanding issues. Good leadership starts at the top. And that is exactly where this school is failing.

My boy comes home and to my surprise he's singing his 7 continents, months of the year, can almost write his name and is starting to sight read! I should also add, I love when they send you photos of what's happening throughout the day on their app. I also very much appreciate when our teacher takes a half a minute during sign out to tell us about a few highlights of the day, or things to work on, to continue his education at home. Those few moments go a LONG way in making us feel safe with her, and help with direction to make sure he's getting similar schedule and education at home as well Thanks a ton! I attached one where he's planting seeds.
