I was met with great resistance and uncooperative service. Prior and current students are entitled to this information. The office manager named Ms Cordero is now dodging me and not returning calls. I asked for this document back in April, to no avail, no response. I now have to get a court order to obtain information needed for a judge. These ppl know how to collect tuition but will not help you when needed.

The office was bad and they overly charge for many things, the dress code wasn't as strict when I attended this school but my friends little sibling said they are now doing checks and you aren't even allowed to wear 1 or more braclets no brand names socks and many other weird things. All together I don't want to be rude but I DIDINT enjoy one second of my 2 years here.(this is my MIDDLE school experience I don't know how the elementary is.) My niece Alyssa graduated from Elementary School and was one of the children chosen to speak. All three kids who were chosen to speak talked about how their teachers invested time with them when they had difficulty with a subject. When it comes to notices, we only get them the day before for spirit week etc. They expect parents to run out and grab clothes for spirit week the night before. Kids can leave out the gate after school without a parent present. Dropping kids off in the morning is chaotic. As much money as we raise for the fundraisers, they should have some sort of staff navigating traffic at least before school.

This has been my daughters first year in middle school, thanks to the encouragement and guidance by her teachers, we have seen great improvements. She is excited to have been selected to participate on Jaime Escalante Math Program this summer. In partnership with ELAC, Carnegie will provide an integrated sequence of intermediate and advance math course, to prepare her for next year and her future. I can't convey how happy we are to see her exited to voluntarily go to school during summer! Also looking forward to next year when Carnegie will proudly add "Magnet" to its name. By the way, kudos to the use of text and social media. Great way to keep us informed and see what's going. Anyone considering a middle school for their kids around Carson, in my bias opinion should consider Carnegie.
