Also, one of the few chinese restaurants where the credit card function of the eftpos machine is not always coincidentally broken when you want to pay. Quick lunch with family, or a nice dinner which is not too expensive. Plenty of parking on the weekend in the garage underneath too. And you can always use the bathroom next door at McDonalds.
