*I visited L&H Bridal RACK on Saturday, November 27th, 2021.*…read more From the moment I contacted L&H Bridal RACK, Sara Erb, was nothing short of amazing! She was so responsive, friendly, and kind, that I knew immediately I would love nothing more than to work with her and visit her boutique! Sara and I emailed back and forth, talking about my vision for my wedding dress, and some of the details of the wedding. I sent her photos of dresses I liked, but also was sure to tell her that I was open to her suggestion, because after all, this was her area of expertise! When I arrived at the boutique, Sara and her assistant Cindy were more friendly, and welcoming than their emails led me to believe. They allowed me to bring along to my appointment some champagne and snacks; and they created an area in which my friends and family could enjoy the treats and comfortably watch me try on wedding dresses. (*Please Note: I had a party of 7 attending wedding dress shopping with me. Since my party was so large, Sara made me the last appointment of the day, so we could have the boutique to ourselves...I know Sara tailors each appointment to the individual, so be sure to check with her about the details of your appointment when scheduling your visit!) Once everyone arrived and got settled, Sara and Cindy had me try on the wedding dresses they had pulled for me, based upon the emails and photos I had sent them. They were having a Rebecca Ingram trunk show that weekend, so I was very excited to see and try on some of her dresses from her collection! I am not lying when I tell you that EACH and EVERY dress Sara and Cindy picked out for me was nothing shy of stunning!!! These ladies completely brought my wedding dress vision to life, and with each dress I put on, I became more and more confident that I was going to find my "yes!"...which I did! If you are looking for a bridal boutique that brings your wedding dress vision to life, look no further! Sara and Cindy are two of the most amazing bridal consultants you will ever find! They are beyond friendly and so easy to work with! I wish I could leave these ladies a 10 out of 10 rating! I have nothing but love for this boutique. I can't wait for my dress to come in to visit again! I will definitely be recommending this bridal boutique any chance I get!

I was less than 3 months out from my wedding and didn't have time to find and order another dress. Saw that Ivory Concept had a sample for sale of dress that I'd seen online so reached out to try on the dress in person. Let me tell you, the service and warmth that Allie and her team provided was remarkable. They were incredibly helpful and showed me a number of other samples that they had for sale. The store itself is really cute with huge dressing rooms, great lighting, and they carry designers you won't likely find at most bridal shops. Everything felt so intentional, from decor, to how the dresses were hung, to the layout of the store. My consultant, Mattie, went above and beyond when trying to help me find the dress of my dreams. I loved the lighting in the dressing rooms, as well as the natural lighting right outside of the rooms. Complementary champagne was also a nice touch. I felt so special when trying on the dresses and I really just had the best experience! They had dresses in various different price ranges and were very transparent before I tried anything on. I greatly appreciated that I was able to pick out a few dresses on my own and then my consultant picked some dresses for me based on my feedback from other dresses -- truly a collaborative effort. I also appreciated how she helped me get in and out of the gowns and was so respectful throughout the entire process. Truly a 20/10 star experience.

They had a great selection of different styles which were all very pretty, and the changing area was clean, well-decorated, and nicely lit. However, after I made my purchase, there was a lot of communication difficulty on their end in terms of how I could pay, what needed to be paid when, and when I was allowed to come in to try on the piece I paid a lot of money for. They only take important questions through text which is strange and don't answer emails or phone calls. They also tried to charge me two extra fees when they did not properly communicate with me, which I find very off-putting. Overall, I had a great appointment and ultimately found what I was looking for at Dressed In Love, but a less than satisfactory post-appointment payment experience.
