She was not accountable for her screw up and said the dress looked great. The wedding is 2 weeks away and my mom had to beg another tailor to help her in the midst of their busy season since she can't order a new one in such a short period of time. I would not trust Carole with tailoring. Go somewhere else. So disappointed. This is the only vendor during our wedding experience that was a complete disaster.

So we took a drive to the alteration stores near my house. The first one we get to, my friend was satisfied and trusted the lady. Small shop located in a strip mall, she asked us if we had an appointment, we did not. She helped us anyway and explained what needed to be done with the dress. She gave suggestions and I helped with some solution, and left the dress for the owner to fix. My friend looked great in the dress on her wedding day, she said it felt good and looked good.
