PATIENCE is what was needed to work with me and boy did she have it! She catered to ALL my needs and concerns, she was very knowledgeable of the CHICAGOLAND area (which was extremely important to me) as well as with any and all documentation that needed to be completed from start to finish. She is sweet & friendly but very professional, she handles business well and treat her clients with the utmost respect. Her communication was clear and concise but most importantly I felt like I was in good hands (and I was). On a scale of 1-10 she breaks the charts and would easily get a 20! For the last 6 months Wexler has had the listing on our townhouse without securing a single offer…read more As the listing was about to expire, we advised them we were changing brokers. We got a call from a manager at the firm offering the following explanation... According to "Tammy," they fired our listing agent 3 months ago for taking overpriced listings. (At the time we were told she left for "family reasons.") Now, Tammy claims, our listing was one of those overpriced listings and it's no wonder it hasn't sold. I asked why this is just coming to light now. It seems reasonable that, if true, we should have been given the correct data and the chance to adjust the asking price if it was indeed too high. Tammy talked in circles, saying they "did everything they should have done." It was a very confusing discussion. Bottom line-for 6 months we have been contracted with a firm that gave us poor advice, hid material issues from us and didn't sell our house. Communication was poor, we had to contact the agents repeatedly for information. And when this significant "overpricing" issue happened, serious enough to lead to an employee termination, we were left in the dark. I do not recommend Wexler Group.

I can't begin to tell you how great it feels to finally be back in a position that I have a home of my own once again. You helped to make that happen and your contributions are without question. The level of insight, expertise, hope and steadfast resolve that you displayed on a consistent basis helped to calm me and guide me through this process. Your recommendations on whom to build the team with were second to none as well! At the risk of sounding dramatic, I wanted say from the very bottom of my heart that I am grateful to know you and appreciate much about you. People like us can be (as I've been told), polarizing. I suppose that's a nice way of saying they either love us or hate us. I'm OK with that and have learned that I'm attracted to others like myself, with similar styles and values. I couldn't be happier that I know you. Furthermore, I believe that life is cyclical and that what goes around, comes around. You showed trust, kindness and respect to me during a time of of such deep change that you couldn't possibly know. That kindness was never forgotten. I couldn't be happier to know that I was able to provide you with business and that you were able to provide me with you (and Tony's) experience and service. I realize it's just a house, but for me, it represents six years of struggle, recovery and healing. I am so pleased and thankful that part of that journey began with you and in one of it's happiest moments, was shared with you. You're a good woman, mother, wife and business woman Nicole. You make contributions to people's lives every day in some way, shape or form. This, at minimum, is something to be admired, if not cherished. I'm proud to call you my friend and I couldn't be happier that we were able to do business together. I wish you, your husband Tony and your son Tony Jr. nothing but the very best of all things! For myself, my boys Kyle & Luke, and of course BigE, we thank you! We thank you! We thank you! -mM
