She made progress in my range of motion in my shoulder and was helping me. I had multiple injuries from a bad crash on 2/28. She went on vacation and Benchmark placed me with another therapist. This guy hurt me. Still hurts today or three months later. We were working on my broken clavicle plus shoulder muscle pain in my right shoulder. Rope and pulley. I couldn't use my left hand because of a broken arm surgery on 4/9. So the therapists would have to be my left hand or pull down on my left rope to help me with my right shoulder. It worked well until this guy got a hold of me. He pulled too hard. He overextended my painful right shoulder just weeks after my broken clavicle surgery and despite my repeated complaints about the muscle pain in my shoulder. He carelessly pulled my right arm straight up. I had to go back to ice packs on my shoulder day and night for at least a week and I stopped PT on my shoulder after that. Wellstar will finally scope my shoulder later this month and hopefully give me some relief. Benchmark hurt me in April and it's still very painful nearly three months later. I will never use Benchmark for physical therapy again. The lady that helped me for about a month was very good. The guy they put me with hurt me. I do not recommend taking a loved one here for physical therapy...

When they opted to swap a THIRD therapist on week 5- that was too much. The third therapist came to me with these words: "ok why don't you tell me what's going on". For all he seemed to know I might have been there for an ankle sprain or tennis elbow. There appeared to be little to no continuity of care. Debbie at the front desk was so sweet on the phone when getting me set up and is always so friendly whenever we need help. We were paired with Jorri and she's incredible. When I say she saved me that's an understatement. I have postpartum anxiety and my baby struggling to eat was really triggering and Jorri was SO understanding and so helpful, literally answering my texts at all hours when I needed help outside of a session. Jorri brought in their in house craniosacral therapist who helped her confirm her suspected diagnosis of a posterior tongue tie. She and Stacy worked together and gave me the tools we needed to help my sweet girl eat comfortably. Jorri has continued to support me through all her stages and when she starts struggling to drink. Due to COVID I had a strong inclination that my sone would need speech therapy at two. When my son was referred for speech therapy, Building Bridges was my instant choice. Jorri is now working weekly with my son and he has come leaps and bounds. We have been with her a few months and I get comments from strangers on how great my son speaks! I could not be more proud or more grateful. I am hoping my daughter will pick up skills from my son as she learns to speak, but if she also needs speech therapy we will be headed right back to Building Bridges.
