What sold us both times is primarily the location, It is located 3 blocks from the bayshore, (Miller Street Beach) 1 block to the Ice Cream Parlor, 2 Blocks to the Harmin Gas Station/ Convience store (Formally Cumberland Farms) and 2 blocks to the Bay liquor store. It is also really close to Veterans Park as well. They recently updated all cottages, installing roofs over all front porches, new courtyard seating, fire pit and Fountain! We stayed in cottage G this time instead of J because cottages I, G and H feature an extra twin daybed which was nice. If in the highlands nj or Monmouth county area and want a cool cottage like experience with a quint feel and with a good location than I HIGHLY recommend The SummerHouse!

After describing my experience with a certain driver they assured me they would delve deeper into it and it was clear they meant it. I was pleased with their reply and that is one of the reasons I will keep using their service. There are cheaper limo services out there but Arrow can Always be counted on to do the right thing! With our last stay (my weekend birthday gift to my husband) started out with seeing water stains above the staircase and the ever present smell of cat urine which apparently came from the many (eight we were told) cats that roam around. The room was very comfortable and romantic as always but chilly as the doors leading out to the balcony are old and in need of updating with newer weatherproof ones. The toilet dripping constantly was annoying but nothing to complain about but the breakfast area was cold and crammed with the door being left open so that the cats could come and go and stepping in their poop on the floor wasn't the start of how breakfast that was always our shining start of the day should be. All in all, much has decreased with the Seascape much to our regret.

On the day that we came, they had 2 ferries running. Both hold about 150- 200 seats. They do recommend coming about 45 minutes early . Also the ferry leaves the stadium 45 minutes after last out. As a baseball fan living down the shore, this is a great option. And yes we would do this again.
