No update. They just left me standing there waiting, and I ended up missing work because of their incompetence. This isn't a one-time issue either -- they are always late, always unreliable, and clearly have no respect for customers. The phone operators are honestly disgustingly rude every single time you call. They speak to you like you're bothering them, offer zero help, and then they will literally hang up on you. When you call back, they send you straight to voicemail. This is not how a legitimate business operates. If you need transportation you can actually depend on, avoid Yellow Taxi ANY other service.
