He had excellent communication through the whole process. He kept me informed and updated weekly, if not daily, even texting from his hunting stand. He was knowledgeable on credit, student loans, closing process and fees and all the mortgage loan programs available to me with my current budget and credit score. He explained every document to me and made sure I understood everything. I love my new home and my payment is slightly less than my rent was (excluding HOA dues)! Highly recommend and I will use him again absolutely! Thank you so much Bruce!

I hired Mandy to do the short sale and I could not be happier with the outcome. She worked very hard on my behalf and assisted me with all the paperwork that most realtors would have thrown in my lap and said "fill these out". She also tirelessly negotiated with the other players involved to get the prices where they needed to be to get the sale done so I could be free to move on and someone else could enjoy my home. I give Mandy an A+ rating and encourage anyone looking to sell or buy a home to give her a call!! Brian Vork Santa Clarita, Calf.

While working with us, she served on the local realtor's ethics board and nourished active relationships with pet shelters. When the seller desired it, which was the case for us, she set it up so a dog would be shown on a video alongside our house... So, if someone was interested in buying the house, they could reach out to Karen and if they wanted to adopt the dog, then they would reach out to the partnering shelter organization. Her background on ethics was highly important to me because our experience was not a good one when we bought the house. That time, we barely saw that realtor and was passed around to other team members. With Karen, though we interacted with others, it always felt complementary to the work she was doing with us. S Throughout the process, Karen was responsive and communicative (sending weekly update emails). A great teacher with much patience, she educated us on all the steps along the way. Her immense research, experience and skills allowed us to trust her even when we didn't trust each other. Karen is a blessing to the industry and I will absolutely return to her next time I am needing a realtor.

The first, my mother-in-law's Elk River townhome, was listed by The Bandimere Team and sold almost immediately for slightly more than asking price. The second, my father's Woodbury townhome, required some additional maintenance prior to sale, which Rick took care of with no complaint. Again, The Bandimere Team listed and sold the townhome almost immediately and, again, for slightly more than we'd asked. Having been several years since any involvement with real estate transactions, throughout BOTH interactions with The Bandimere Team, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the consummate support and professionalism displayed by Rick and his entire team throughout the entire process. It is for the reasons above that I would HIGHLY recommend The Bandimere Team if you're thinking of buying OR selling!
