The owner (Jim) came out to my home in Fairview Park, took a look at the points of concern, and took notes. Within a day, I received a very reasonable estimate, expressed my intent to move forward, and had a date scheduled for the work ~2 weeks later. Throughout the entire process, both Jim and his son Austin were very personable. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for repairs/work in the Cleveland area.
