Anyone who has had a successful Botox treatment knows that this is not true. When Caroline treated me, i saw immediate improvement in the eyebrow area. I finally gave up, as Devin put me on hold, talking to various people, and i realized that i had spent almost $750 in vain, as no one was concerned that i was not pleased with the results. i asked several times whether they would offer any corrections, and was told to call back in 2 weeks. My friend group sent up a surprise spa day for my birthday at the Diva Day Spa with the help of the owner, Ms. Cindy. We could easily spot the beautiful white and pink house. As we were entering we were greeted by all the staff members of the spa. Music was playing and right away you could feel that everyone that works there loves their job. We started off with a one hour massage. Danielle was very thorough and almost had me falling asleep. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the massage and focused on the areas I had a lot of tension on. Although I've gotten several professional massages, this massage definitely takes the #1 spot. Next, I went to the jacuzzi as my esthetician, Janae, set up her room. I had a mimosa in hand and 0 worries on my brain. After relaxing in the jacuzzi for about 30 minutes, Janae grabbed me from the jacuzzi and offered me a robe. I got a 30 minute facial and janae offered great advance that I have since included in my skincare routine. Before the end of the day, I booked a back facial session for that upcoming saturday. Next, I was led to the basement, where I enjoyed the sauna for about 15 minutes. Ms. Cindy joined me in the basement for a healing session. I followed the end of my services with a rinse. The staff had prepared lunch for us, delicious chicken salad sandwiches on croissants, appetizers and mimosas. After four hours at the spa, we all left feeling incredibly relaxed, and ready to return to the Diva Day Spa on a monthly basis. We were impressed not only by their affordable prices, but by the incredibly warm and welcoming staff members. Everyone went above and beyond to foster a calming and positive environment. I messaged with Reena beforehand and she helped me pick the Gray's Mantra drip to help with inflammation and fatigue. I didn't swell too bad and recovered pain free. I think their drip was a game changer. Since then I've gone back for Dysport and lip filler. It was my first time for both. Reena took my desired approach and was conservative. I could always go back for more if needed, but I didn't want to be overdone. She delivered perfectly! It only took 1/2 syringe of lip filler for the lips of my dreams, Cupid's bow and vermilion line enhancement. Glad she numbed me good, it wasn't pleasant at first. The Dysport was a breeze tho. No numbing needed and I was good. Having a nurse practitioner do my injections really put me at ease, so glad to have found Reena and Gray Aesthetics.
