This store seemed much larger than I expected and was very clean and well stocked - I came here looking for a throw pillow for my Mom but not just any throw pillow the criteria was it had to be functional verses decorative since she was wanting something small enough to support her head while reading in bed. I found a few at other retailers but everything I found was much to large and bulky, being this was for a specific application I needed to touch and feel it so shopping online wasn't going to work - what initially seemed to be a simple task was quickly turning into a scavenger hunt. I finally found exactly what she had requested and fortunately found a nice looking one because a perfectly sized pillow that was ugly as many throw pillows are wasn't going home with me. I chose the self-checkout register so I never interacted with any of the staff although there were plenty available on the floor as I shopped. Not that it mattered but what I thought would be an under $10 purchase quickly turned into nearly $30, but it does appear to be of decent quality and more importantly she loves it...

The store is spacious and very clean and organized and the one girl working the entire store alone was friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed but she was able to provide a great customer experience. I did like the fact that she double checked the size on both pairs before neatly putting them back in their boxes prior to ringing them up. I also liked that all the sizes were available directly under the shoes on display. This is definitely a store I'd return to in the future...

Just some insight to returning and future customers, think before you purchase any goods or…read moreservices from this business. If you are unsatisfied with any product or service from Club Tabby, don't look for any sort of consolation from the owner. This place needs to learn how to take the time to address unhappy customers and do everything in their power to remedy the situation with grace and sympathetic apology. I wanted to avoid any negative word of mouth exposure, but however, since the person who runs this place is apathetic, it has resulted to this. Unfortunately, in the past, I have spent $200+ on a party (and then some) but couldn't get a minor issue resolved of a refund of $20.00. It's fine. Word-of-mouth gets around quick. If it was that much of a loss to return a lousy 20 bucks, sad for them. This business is out of my life for $20, at least I got off cheap and it wasn't more, now I will forgive it but not forget it and warn others as well!
