My little sisters had the best time! Everyone was so nice and they all went above and beyond to make there day great!

As a family, we were vacationing in Lake Charles, and wanted something fun for our two young daughters to do. My husband signed them up for a Saturday session with Elsa and Ana! My girls had a blast with all the other little girls there. They made snow, had a dance party, had snacks, received a make over and mani & pedi. I was impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and patience with the staff. My girls enjoyed their time so much that they cannot wait to go back. This would also make a great place to hold a birthday party to do these activities. They also have plenty of merchandise available and a booth dedicated to make your own lip gloss, perfume, etc. Great place! read more

Just some insight to returning and future customers, think before you purchase any goods or services from this business. If you are unsatisfied with any product or service from Club Tabby, don't look for any sort of consolation from the owner. This place needs to learn how to take the time to address unhappy customers and do everything in their power to remedy the situation with grace and sympathetic apology. I wanted to avoid any negative word of mouth exposure, but however, since the person who runs this place is apathetic, it has resulted to this. Unfortunately, in the past, I have spent $200+ on a party (and then some) but couldn't get a minor issue resolved of a refund of $20.00. It's fine. Word-of-mouth gets around quick. If it was that much of a loss to return a lousy 20 bucks, sad for them. This business is out of my life for $20, at least I got off cheap and it wasn't more, now I will forgive it but not forget it and warn others as well! read more
