Had an medical emergency come in which is totally understandable, so the Dr was tending to him and doing eye exams in between. 11 o'clock rolls around and I still haven't been seen. 11:10 the Dr. calls someone in the exam room, that had an appt after me. I got up and walked out. They put more than one file in the file holder at the door, so when the Dr. W walks out she grabs them all at one time and gets them out of order so she doesn't call patients in order. The Dr. walked around like she was mad at the world. When I went to walk out they tried making an excuse that there was a medical emergency and that is understandable but not when your unorganized and can't keep the patients in order.

Asked why I was there. I explained my situation. She looked at my eye and said something to the woman sitting at the computer and walked out. When I asked what was going on she told me that they would call in a prescription. I asked to talk to a Doctor. The same woman came back into the room. I asked what was going on. She said that I might have an infection in my eye. To use the prescription and come back at the end of the week. And if this didn't fix it they would try something else. I arrived at the time of my appointment. I was told it was the following week. when I showed her the paper they gave me showing my appointment time and date. She still said it was the following week. So I left on my way back home I received a call and the woman said I didn't show up for my appointment and it was rescheduled for next week. I then told her to cancel it. I would find someone else to go to. Then I got a text for me to call and confirm my appointment. I called and the woman said since I didn't show up for my appointment it was rescheduled for next week. I told her to cancel that. And the reason why. She asked why I didn't show up for my appointment today? Those people have No clue as to what is going on. NEVER AGAIN will I go or tell someone to go there.

She is still having trouble with her eye after her lasik surgery. She still can't see out of that eye and she can't drive at night. The light from the cars hurt her. You sent her to a Dr. Swann in Lafayette who wouldn't touch her after looking at her. Then you sent her to a Dr. Slade in Houston who said he could fix the problem. You were happy to hear this until you found out he wouldn't do it as a professional courtesy and would actually charge $3,000 for the procedure. I am guessing you didn't want to pay this and you knew we didn't feel like she should be responsible for paying it so you told us to be patient and you would find someone else. We have been waiting to hear something back since November and you keep saying you will find another dr. to fix the problem when I call once a month to touch base. But, now you aren't taking my calls and you aren't calling me back. This makes me wonder if you are washing your hands of her. I would hate to think that because the reason I chose you to work on my daughter was because I truly believed you to be a professional and the best at what you do and I also believed you to be a Christian who would do what was morally and ethically right.
