He made sure that I was comfortable when it came time to take care if my Cavities. I can't say anything bad about my experience. I don't even live in Iowa I live in Lake Charles and to drive to Iowa to my my cleaning every six months is definitely will worth my time. I have had opportunities to possibly see other dentist offices I town and I choose to take that short drive to Iowa, La. He's nice he's kind and always greets me with a smile. The staff is always nice and attentive. Myy hygienist is the bomb.com she does such a good job with my teeth I have gone to the dentist prior and they have clean my teeth and my mouth has hurt for days when they were done. I have not ever had that problem going to get my teeth cleaned at Charlie Buller Iowa Dental Group. I will never ever go to another dentist if I don't have to I am a patient for life thank you guys so much for treating me like family

He quickly recognized my anxiety and fear, and made the visits completely uneventful. I remember nothing and have no reason for any new fears! I had a bad infection and a rough extraction of a severely cracked molar that my regular Dentist had missed for months. While there was a complication of a tooth shard buried in my gum after the first surgery, Dr. Ganni handled it quickly and without any question. He has an outstanding and compassionate staff that is there for any issue. I cannot recommend Dr Ganni enough. I only wish I could enlist him as my family Dentist for regular visits.

I had a small non malignant tumor removed from my tongue on a Monday. The paperwork I brought home…read moresaid the pain would peak in 3-4 days. The following Monday, 7 days later, I was in bad pain. I called Dr. Gianni's office and asked if I whoever answered the phone if I could com in. She asked Dr. Ganni and he said no, the pain was just taking a little longer to go away. I told the "receptionist" I really wanted to see the doctor because it hurt so bad. She went and asked him again, and he said no again, and that he would call me out some mouthwash. I couldn't believe that he wouldn't see me in case there was something wrong. The receptionist wasn't overly nice either. I just felt like he ordered that mouthwash to get me to shut up and not come in. That afternoon my mouth, throat and ear hurt so bad I went to urgent care. The doctor said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ear, but a nerve might have been injured during the procedure. He recommended I go to an ear, nose, and throat specialist. I went the next morning and the doctor there said there was nothing wrong with my ear, but inflammation from the surgery might have inflamed the eustachian tube and gave me prednisone and mouthwash. I was still taking antibiotics Dr. Ganni had given me. I also was still taking taking antibiotics and had a steroid injection for something different. It's been two weeks now and can't eat or sleep because pain in mouth and ear. Have not heard a word from Dr. Ganni's office. I go back to the ENT doctor tomorrow. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Ganni. He had extracted a tooth for me a few ago and everything was fine. This time he dropped the ball.

The dental techs were wonderful. They listened to any concerns I had and spent lots of time with each of my kids. They not only did X-rays, and a cleaning but also took the time to refresh my kids' memories on brushing technique. Dr Moses spent time with each child doing a thorough exam. He spoke to me at length about each child and answered any questions I had. What also impressed me was the office's willingness to schedule 3 new patients to come in at the same time. A lot of doctors now won't do that.

The first day's nurse was fabulous, the doc a bit short, but okay. 12 hours later she's still bleeding heavily. Three calls over an hour and a half to his "after hours" number, and it was just his cell. He'd fallen asleep and hadn't heard. I describe she's still bleeding profusely, and all he did was tell me all the things it could be. Okay, so what do I do? Repeats the list then got annoyed when I kept asking what do I DO??? Next day, he and his nurse were rude to my daughter, telling her it can't be that bad and she shouldn't complain so much. A full month later she went to regular dentist for something else, and they said she STILL had a gash in her cheek (not at gum line) that wasn't fully healed and they didn't know why he didn't stitch it closed. I started inquiring about reimbursement at the two month mark. His office manager (his wife) said oh, we sent it to insurance, but it can take 90 days. I'll send it again. Waited a week, checked with insurance, nothing. Called again, same story, we'll send it again. Repeat the next week. Finally on day 91, insurance company said you know what? We will call. THAT was what it took for insurance to receive it within the hour. Presently, I'm waiting on them to call and say a check is waiting for me. Insurance approved payment on 5/14. They say dentist can take 30 days to process. We shall see.

She was informative, gentle, and reassuring. All the traits you want in a dentist. She has mastered her craft, and wants to make your smile more brilliant! Amy helped me avoid a painful root canal on a tooth that had been bothering me for months until my gf just couldn't stand me whining about it any more, and decided to make me a dentist appointment. Not only did Amy dig right in, getting to the root of the problem, while saving my tooth, and my nerves, but I also got a fun dentist joke out of her! Something you should demand when you visit her office. She has now thwarted three of my cavities with ultra hip modern dentistry, which being used to the archaic dental practices of my childhood, was a major mental relief. I would say "I highly recommend you visit Dr. Amy Bordelon's office if you have any dental blight" but that seems an understatement.
