She helped to pick out some ideas for me that really fit my style and elevated my look. Because of my weight, I don't always feel good about myself. I left feeling confident and handsome. My wife was beside herself when I wore my new outfit! The prices are very reasonable and the clothes were fashionable! My girlfriend spends roughly $800 to $900 at a time buying from their online store. Those items that do not work for her, we return. We do the return at the store. We do it this way for two reasons. 1. So we can see that the credit is done 2. So she can also look to see if they have anything else she may like and/or the same items she is returning more in a size that is suitable for her petite size 0 frame. The employees hate having to do returns and try to encourage you to do them online instead by going back on line and registering your return and getting a QR code. You then take that QR code into the store and do your return. So you are pretty much doing the employees job so they don't have too, and you still have to go into the store for the return anyway. There are always some cranky ladies working here and they try to mask their distain for you and your returns by acting like they are very important because they work here and talk AT you very loudly. My g/f is really rethinking her decision to buy anything from Ann Taylor simply due to how we get treated in store. She said she will stick to Von Maur, where the staff is very helpful and always glad to see you. Ann Taylor needs to pay attention to their customers and get rid of the bad customer service. They are losing sales due to it.

For all the sneaker heads, this location usually keeps one of whatever is about to be the next drop in a glass case near the register or in the front display. This gives you the chance to see the quality and touch whatever that next "grail" may be. Whenever raffles are happening, this location always keeps it orderly (by having the customers form a line towards Rue 21) and seems to get people in and out pretty quickly. Definitely a go to spot, whether it's to keep your athlete's gear up to par or to keep your kick game on !

Unfortunately, that information was incorrect, which was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, I was directed to Diana, who was working on the men's side. Diana was absolutely wonderful professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel welcome, and I highly recommend her. She is exactly the type of associate who represents the Coach brand well. After taking a few minutes outside the store to think about my purchase, I returned to find that Diana had gone on break. I asked if someone else could assist me, and I was handed off to another associate (a white female whose name I unfortunately did not catch). The difference in customer service was striking. I felt that I was treated differently from the moment she began assisting me. She briefly checked for the tote I had decided to purchase and returned saying there were no packaged ones available. Rather than offering to package the display bag, check for other options, or suggest an alternative color, she simply stated they had none available, turned around, and walked away. She then stood behind the register appearing to avoid any further interaction, despite not actively helping another customer. Her demeanor came across as dismissive, condescending, and uninterested in assisting me. Based on the interaction, I left feeling racially profiled. While I cannot speak to her intentions, that was the impact her behavior had on me, and it made what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was my first negative experience at a Coach store, and it was disappointing because I have always associated the brand with excellent customer service. If I return to this location, I will make every effort to work exclusively with Diana, whose professionalism and kindness stood in sharp contrast to the treatment I received from the other associate. I ultimately chose to shop elsewhere. The team at Michael Kors was welcoming, helpful, and attentive, and they were also offering an additional 20% off their sale items.
