I have been with Jottful and Dawn and Company for several years now. I have had many people work on our site in support and all are very good, cheerful, and helpful and just when I thought it couldn't really get any better along comes Amber. She is very communicative and attentive in her work. I love that She is always cheerful and willing to whatever it takes to represent herself and the Jottful at its best. Thanks Always Amber!!! read more

Do not use Jottful Web Design.. The owner is self rightous B@tch.. She is also a thief, her business practice is bad. I had my website, which I purchased on my own, after a disagreement I wanted to move my site, which I was told from Day 1 that I owned, she dismantled my website claiming she builr it, she owns it. I now find out she has parked my site thru ENOM and will not release it to me. I am now hoing into litigation for my Domain Name, damages, cost of rebuilding my site. Trust me do not do business with her. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Christine at Jottful. Great customer service with excellent follow-up. This was the perfect solution for my needs without spending thousands of dollars. I would suggest that anyone interested in their product should actually read what they are buying before they purchase. This way they do not have to smear a great company that provides exactly what they are advertising! read more

Jottful - My website cover page scrolls showing different images. This is one of the images I screenshot to use for this review/rating. - Web Design Near Me

Had a awful experience. Wanted to set up a website. They called me back female . Spoke to Melanie she was so so rude. I told her I'm old school please explain she just told me I'm not a fit for a website and she can't help me, so so rude I said why are you talking this way. She started laughing I said why are you laughing are you mocking me . She just said I'm not a fit for a website. I have to have a live chat with my face I said this sounds ridiculous. She just said I can't help you. I said let me talk to a manager and she just hung up the phone. I don't know how this company has her try and help people set up a website. She is awful the way she represents this company Jottiful she will put them out of business the way she talks to people. Terrible experience!! Stay away from this website!!! Paul V.... read more

If I could give this company a zero rating I would have. the lady called me as scheduled for my interview and asked me how my ideal website would be designed? when I told her what I wanted she got nasty with me and sad we don't do that if you want it that way find someone else. They're "supposed" to be the website designer if you were going to get mad why would you ask me what I wanted. It's a joke I would never do buisness with these clowns very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with save yourself the headache.By the way the ladys name was Melanie she's going to distract more customers than the false advertisement attracts. read more

If you're looking for a web builder I highly recommend Jottful. In less than two weeks my website was up and going. Communication between myself and three of the members with Jottful, was excellent. On the second day I had in front of me on my laptop a sample of how my website would appear to the viewing public. With some of the information that I had sent to Jottful my existing website looks amazing as a sample. Communication between Jottful and I were either text, email or phone communication. I highly recommend Jottful for your website needs. They are exceptionally professional in what they do. Feel free to browse through my website at; "healingwithbiomagnetics.com', you will see that it's not only in English but also in Spanish which will assist monolingual Spanish only clientele. As expressed on the advertisement; they had found shortcuts to accomplish the mission in a short time is exactly what I have experienced. In less than two weeks from start to completion my website is up and going. read more
