VCM guided us through the process of planning for the video, providing us with tools and guidelines in order to ensure that things went smoothly. The team was professional, personable, flexible and fantastic to work with, and Paul, the owner was always extremely responsive, timely, and kept everything on track. VCM truly owned the project and cared as much as we did about delivering not only a good product, but creating a cohesive narrative that represented the project well, and pulled people into the story. It was a very collaborative process from the beginning. Without the input and leadership of the VCM team, I don't think we would have gotten such great footage that would have tied together in such a coherent way. It was evident that the team had a great understanding of the end product we wanted, and were able to guide the entire process in such a way that the end product not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. I would definitely work with VCM in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone else, as they are professional, flexible and communicate well.
