When it did the colours werent just off - they were completely off because they didn't check the colorspace on the printer. I had specifically asked for their requirements to make sure this didn't happen. I took the same photo to another company and got it printed in a less than 24 hour turnaround and it came out perfectly. You can see a comparison photo where I got a normal copy printed elsewhere, vs their version which for some reason was all green and orange. I later tried a mail order service and they also sent a superior product in half the time - seriously, by mail, sight unseen, a better job than these guys did. Now they are refusing to pay a refund for a screw up that any competent print shop should have known how to fix in the first place. Well, it turns out they are first rate rip off artists. They offered me $50 in store credit - as though i would get anything printed there again.
