When I asked for examples of outfits parents usually wear, they provided me with pictures to help me decide. The set was beautiful and they were very efficient in getting some great shots of my son. They were engaging and very patient with my son. They also provide the cake, which we liked because it was quick and easy. However if you are looking for a highly professional looking cake, you should order one from a cake shop. They also provided my proofs and the 10x10 collage very quickly. Two things I would have liked changed: 1) more family photos to choose from. I was so distracted trying to keep my son still during the family shots that I wasn't ready during the quick shots taken and...let's just say they were not my most flattering. 2) clearer instruction on the main website of where the exact location was. we were late to the session because we were trying to find the building off of dufferin st, as stated. However the entrance in actually through a lane way in a back Parking lot and then you still have to find the suite inside the building which was also tricky. Some signs inside the building would have been helpful as well. There also isn't much parking near by so we had to park on a side street. I would recommend giving yourself at least 20 min of extra time to find parking and the place. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with the proofs. Bad retouche that you look like a child, not the intention for a professional headshot. I filled a complaint and she didn't tell ALL the facts - She replied saying she did tell me all the conditions but she knows she didn't. You cannot tell the extra costs through a link, this is expected as transparency. Who in this world will pay $300 for a photo with a bad filter??!!! I can escalate my complaint to Ministry of Public and Business Service at least to be of assistance to other people to avoid this type of issue.
