I am so happy I found Neil, as the pictures came out exceeding my expectations. Neil is a gifted photographer who is able to use all the elements in the environment to capture beautiful pictures. As we were shooting, I could see him racking up his brain to find the perfect angle and elements in the background for his ideas. He was directing us precisely on how to pose and managed to get us looking really good even though we have no posing experience. The package included two complimentary 16×20 prints and was also advertised with the option of an in-home photo session. Unfortunately, the Newmarket location later closed, and since then I have had ongoing difficulty reaching anyone to resolve my booking. Over the past year, I have made several attempts to contact the company without receiving a clear resolution. I was offered the option to go to the Mississauga location, but that is not practical for me and was not what I originally agreed to. At this point, I am still waiting for either the service to be fulfilled as promised or a proper resolution. I hope the company addresses customer concerns more effectively going forward. 4169104948
