I advised I was busy at work, then he proceeded to ask what I did for work, who was my employer, what I was doing, then he tried to ask what exactly I was doing because he didn't understand. I was in the middle of something, and he just kept asking questions unrelated to insurance and then sounded condescending because apparently my work didn't fit my title. I am under no obligation to provide that information, and he just kept repeatedly asking questions rather than apologized and asked if there is another convenient time to chat. Lost my business for sure. No basic manners. Just aggressive sales tactics and thinks hes trying to build a rapport but ended up pissing me off instead.

My home's roof is fairly new and has no missing shingles. I responded to this false claim, requesting that they look into their error. Instead, I was asked for proof of the roof's condition. The burden of proof is not on me. Travelers was more than welcome to come inspect my roof and determine why such an outrageous and clearly false claim was made, but they did not. I cannot remain a customer with a company that treats its customers like this. If I ever needed to file a claim, I can't imaging the battle that would ensue to force them to pay. Because of this blatant, unprofessional mistreatment, I have switched to the competition.

Isabella Gardner is our agent and initially reviewed our coverage (previously State Farm), noticed we were very much under-covered and vulnerable. We increased our coverage significantly without adding much to our premium. He had a minor incident with the snow and a ditch last year and needed to get his car fixed. A handful of months later his premium increased exorbitantly. By $600.00. When I called the office to ask why, they weren't able to give me an answer. The gal said she would look into it and call me back. Never received a call back. Yes, please...let me give the company WAY more money for absolute unknown reasons. Okay. Yeah. Wtf. And wait for a communication that will never be received. Great business model.
