Office staff are unfriendly. Dr. French is 'personable', but also takes more of an interest in your…read morepersonal life than your health. They follow up late with test results, nobody ever answers your calls, it's hard to get prescription refills (they just want you to come in again and be charged for a simple refill and want to charge charge charge) and the office is dated. THEY DON'T EVEN KEEP MEDICAL RECORDS STRAIGHT! Request your medical records from her, you'd be surprised what's written down and compare it to what actaully happened at the appointment/what you were really prescribed. Will be going elsewhere for a PCP.

Went to Renea Crowdsley for HRT. First sign should have been when I asked her if she needed any…read morebloodwork and she said NO! Well later I find out that's the most important and only way to find out what my Hormone levels are! After several months an speaking to other friends I called the office back and asked what did they base my prescription and dosages on for my Estradial & Progesterone, they said from a previous doctor from 2023! I told them I'm going to get current bloodwork. I get my blood taken from my primary. I called Renea's office let them know I'm Anxious to get my results to please reach out to my doctor, they said ok. A few weeks or more passed I left a thorough voice message, no call back. I called again next day said they apologize for not returning my call, they would reach out to my doctor to get results but might take 2-3 days. Again I expressed I'm anxious! So I call my primary to get the results over the phone. They told me my progesterone was very elevated and I called Renea's office spoke to someone and she said she would have Renea call me back to discuss. Again I expressed even more now I'm very Anxious! That was Thursday afternoon, today is Tuesday. I had my bloodwork done 4/06/26 it took me pushing thru to get some info on phone and still nothing from Renea or her office! It's all pretty unsettling and disappointing! I would never refer someone to Renea Crowdsley.
