Reading other reviews, I can say don't go to this office if you are still in "hoping to get better" mode. You go here for action. Finally, the front desk has done a great job to ensure my insurance is set and my wait to be seen has never been ridiculous, anywhere from 10-25 minutes in the waiting room and then 5-10 in the exam room.

They follow up late with test results, nobody ever answers your calls, it's hard to get prescription refills (they just want you to come in again and be charged for a simple refill and want to charge charge charge) and the office is dated. THEY DON'T EVEN KEEP MEDICAL RECORDS STRAIGHT! Request your medical records from her, you'd be surprised what's written down and compare it to what actaully happened at the appointment/what you were really prescribed. Will be going elsewhere for a PCP.
